I've been using my bike for 2 weeks and I'm definitely enjoying it. It has weld splatter around the lower center of the bike and a grinder scratch under the top front of frame but not scratched on the paint. The brakes seem a little loose and you have to get used to the braking distance when traveling at the top speeds. I just reinspected it and it has a crack on the center bracket that holds the rear fender. The shipping box was a little beat up but I could not see any visible damage. But I'll soon see how this well play out with the manufacturer. Still impressive for the price ... show more

Got this bike so that I can enjoy the parks around my area. The instructions were very easy to assemble and clearly detailed. I am 68 and wasn't to sure about riding again but can say this will be used more often then I thought . The controls are simple along with getting started. The only thing is that its heavy and transporting it around in my rv will be a project in its self. ... show more

I think the bike is really great. I’m a big dude ‘around 400 lbs, 6’4 height’ and this bike is serving its purpose. I have put about 60 miles on it so far and it’s good. I will say after you put it together do a bolt check, a lot of the pre installed bolts weren’t snug. The instructions weren’t worth much, just watch a YouTube video to make it quicker. One con is that the more I ride it the more noises it’s making. I’m assuming it’s just lower grade metal since it’s a budget e-bike. All in all I don’t regret purchasing the bike. It’s definitely worth the money. P.S. the mileage for the battery isn’t realistic. It’s 80 mile range at 1 power. If you use the full e bike potential you’ll be lucky to get 15 miles. So keep it at 1-3 and pedal. ... show more

This Bike was very well crafted, perfect for riding in the city. Very good value for the money. It has good power for up to 35 mph roads.     • Nicely packaged and assembled without issue
This box came in an undamaged, heavy duty cardboard box and was packed to perfection with strong zip ties and plenty of padding. Other than the weight, the bike was unpacked with relative ease. Assembly was a snap using my quality shop tools, not the tools that came with the bike which looked a bit cheap but certainly useable in a pinch. The battery took about 4 hours to reach a full charge. The bike seems to be an excellent value. Time will tell and I will update this review should things prove otherwise. ... show more

The range of the e-bike advertising was low avrage its advertised 85 miles range , but my battery is low and about 20 miles per range.I wrote you and complained about it you didn’t reply back

I wouldn’t say it goes 36 mph I live on flat ground, although I do small hill just infront of my house. I’m 190ish it goes 21.7mph still not bad, I’ve only had it a week so far so good
