Overall this is a great product and value. We have had at least two of these and both times just by falling off a queen size bed onto a wood floor the internal rechargable battery tears loose from the wires. Now we have to keep it plugged in for it to work. It wouldn't take much effort to fix this.

I ordered this from the warehouse so I expected a flaw, I wasn't expecting the corner to be broken and pieces to be rolling around inside. That said it worked to my surprise. I knew I couldn't send it back and get an unbroken one for the same price so being everything played and sounded good I decided to keep it. We had ordered a cheaper one from Amazon a week or two ago with a microphone that screeched like crazy. This one actually had a nice sound to it, no screeching unless it was super close to the speaker(which is expected). The keys are decent enough size so you can play without fumbling over the keys. We put the labels on them and got a songbook as a starter and it works. So overall I am satisfied with the purchase. I will say I was very surprised by the lightweight as well. It does come with a cord that you can plug into a USB plug or port but no adapter. I got it for the grandkids to use, and they have been happy with it as well. I do recommend avoiding the warehouse on these but to order new, these will make a great starter piano for any age. ... show more

Overall I think this is a good product with ONE BIG ISSUE! The one I have is not tuned to A440, so you can't play with other instruments or songs on TV/internet. So if you're just got a kid practicing by themselves, that's fine. But if you're trying to pick out songs that you hear and play along, it's a no go, you won't ever find the key/notes 'cause it's not pitched properly. My 3 year old drags it around and gives it a good beating and it's sturdy. She likes playing with the accompaniment tracks but I can't show her how to play along with songs we hear. I'm gonna have to buy another keyboard. ... show more

This is a pretty good starter keyboard/piano for older kids who are out of the toddler stage, but not yet playing a full-sized piano. It works well, but we’ll see how long it lasts. The microphone is really small though.
