Overall this is a great product and value. We have had at least two of these and both times just by falling off a queen size bed onto a wood floor the internal rechargable battery tears loose from the wires. Now we have to keep it plugged in for it to work. It wouldn't take much effort to fix this.

I ordered this from the warehouse so I expected a flaw, I wasn't expecting the corner to be broken and pieces to be rolling around inside. That said it worked to my surprise. I knew I couldn't send it back and get an unbroken one for the same price so being everything played and sounded good I decided to keep it. We had ordered a cheaper one from Amazon a week or two ago with a microphone that screeched like crazy. This one actually had a nice sound to it, no screeching unless it was super close to the speaker(which is expected). The keys are decent enough size so you can play without fumbling over the keys. We put the labels on them and got a songbook as a starter and it works. So overall I am satisfied with the purchase. I will say I was very surprised by the lightweight as well. It does come with a cord that you can plug into a USB plug or port but no adapter. I got it for the grandkids to use, and they have been happy with it as well. I do recommend avoiding the warehouse on these but to order new, these will make a great starter piano for any age.

So I initially put in batteries before I wrapped it for Christmas and made sure it was off and back in the box. The batteries were dead Christmas morning. I replaced them and it worked fine for about 5 or 6 days and then was “dead” again even though I turn it off after each use. Replaced the batteries again and when it came in it just has a constant interference noise that’s louder than the actual keyboard itself when being played. I thought it may be the microphone but it’s not. Most of the other buttons also just don’t work. So it’s definitely not worth the money.
