Wow! This company and the I-phone 14 plus case is spectacular. The maverick case really checks all of the boxes, it takes a lot of features, to get me to purchase. Honestly, I was shocked when I found this brand, checking the boxes. Let's go! First, when you receive your case, it arrives in a cool outer shell box, that a little tab slips out the bottom, for you to pull the inner box out, to reveal your case. There you will find the case, the belt clip, and under that is the tempered glass. It's packaged as well as the I-phone itself. Protection: This case protects your screen, as it is sunk in a little lower than the edge of the case so, the case hits the ground, instead of your screen. Also, the case comes out further on the back, than your camera lenses so, you are protected there. All buttons are covered with protective coverings, that are easy to press. Also, the belt clip will always keep your phone screen protected, if you carry it in it, with the screen facing the belt clip. Also, put the phone in the belt clip, with the screen facing outward and now, you have a kick stand. Seriously, what else could you want in a phone case. Plus, the non slip texture of the case, keeps your phone from sliding off of anything and everything. Next, their customer support is amazing! My belt clip broke, by my own fault and they went well above and beyond, to take care of me. AS long as they make cases, I'm a customer for life. You can take that to the bank! This case has been strong from my medical falls and plain old falling!! The only thing I had to deal with is to modify where the volume down control is, the belt clip was hitting it, thus causing the volume to drop. I was able to use a small router to shape around the switch, no damage to anything and it still is really sturdy!!! Thanks. Best case I ever had!!! ... show more

I originally got this because of the color…. But this is far superior to any otterbox I’ve ever had …the rubber has held it’s form perfectly …IT doesn’t stain (or at least so far)… I was impressed with the magnetic charging spot on the back for external charging… but most importantly is the clip… yes IT still gets caught on everything but the difference is ITS so damn beef IT never breaks!!!! Plus IT has a lifetime warranty …which doesn’t even make sense, but IT still makes me happy everytime I say IT!!! ... show more

    • An excellent case with some compromises or issues.
Installation is simple. There is an inner plastic 2 piece frame, then the outer rubbery protective section is slipped over that. The front edge protrudes enough above the front screen to protect it when layed flat. Even with a thin tempered glass screen protector. Many cell phone cases do not protrude high enough on the screen surround. The issue is that there is not enough protrusion above the surface of the iphone 14 pro max cell phone camera lens to provide protection if the case is layed down flat on that side. A smaller issue is that the color does not at all match the pictures on the web page. The blue is a dull dark muted blue that is nearly dark green blue in tone. An even smaller issue is the clam shell cover should have a little larger overlap on the main cover area to cover the cell phone. Other than that, this is a good case for the purpose. It is not smooth and sleek and slim and fancy for those not needing any cell phone protection. It has a thick rubbery surround that will protect the phone from falls and drops and bumps, instead of many of the cases that are hard plastic. It also is easy to grip and doesn't slide out of one's hands. *** This case does not support Apple's "Magsafe" charging system. The cumbersome belt clip can be removed by squeezing the double tab under the clip. There's a small hole left there but not an issue. The Otterbox is similar in design but a bit thinner and the outer rubber damper that is on the perimeter of the cell phone is not as wide. Otherwise, they are nearly identical. ... show more

It’s a great case, I’ve dropped my phone off of my 10 foot loft onto hard stone and not a scratch was left. For the price and colors it’s a great option. I personally like it more then the otter box I had before it.
