M JJYPET Ultra-slim bidet for toilet with non-electric dual nozzle We bought an inexpensive, non-electric, single nozzle bidet (Luxe Bidet Neo 120) in 2019, before the great toilet paper shortage, and liked it so much that we agreed we would eventually buy another one. Using water to clean yourself just makes sense. A small amount of toilet paper to dry and you’re good. We live in Illinois, but the temperature of the water from our cold water tap is comfortable so we didn’t see a need for anything fancier. Note: This review asked me to rate the temperature control of this bidet, which isn’t applicable in this case, so I gave it a 3. Like our first one, this is a budget bidet; it costs the same as the one we originally purchased (but as I write this, the one we purchased now costs $12 more). It installed just as easily as the first one (we used an adjustable wrench, a towel, and something to catch a little water). Both of our toilets are next to a wall, so the hardest part about both installations was the cramped position. You might find yourself on the floor, lying on your back, while installing the T-adapter. We installed the T-adapters to the water tank on both of our standard toilets. All parts for this one were in the box, the instructions are okay but could be more detailed (they are the same as the illustrated ones on the listing), and nothing leaked. Like our first one, the T-adapter and braided hose are metal. We didn’t use the included Teflon tape or the three seat bumpers. The instructions incorrectly say you need a screwdriver (we didn’t) and say the Teflon tape isn’t provided. There’s no mention of the bumpers. The bidet works. This bidet’s “function selection and water pressure control” isn’t a dial like our first one. Our original one has a water pressure dial that solidly clicks from Off, to Low, to an unlabeled middle setting, and then to High. There’s quite a difference in water pressure with each click. It also has a second dial, located directly behind the first one, to clean the nozzle, that this one doesn’t have. This new nozzle isn’t the same kind of dial with four positions. This “rotary dial” feels a little more delicate but allows for a more graduated increase in water pressure; you will feel subtle clicks as you turn the control. You can turn past the right and left markings and the pressure will increase. Not sure why the markings don’t go all the way. One tiny negative for us is that the hose that runs from the T-adapter to the bidet on this one is longer. We didn’t need that longer length (some may), so for us the longer hose is more visible and just hangs. Bottom line: Like our original one, this budget bidet was relatively easy to install and there were no leaks. I wish this hose was a little shorter, but some installation situations may need that extra length. We both slightly prefer our (now slightly more expensive) original bidet for its more solid feeling water pressure dial and cleaning nozzle, but this bidet works just as well.

there's a ton of bidet attachments that have plastic inlet connectors, which means the metal hose will chew up the threads and leak over time. This does not. it has metal threads and i felt a nice snug connection. but the part that goes into the toilet is bulkier than others and unless i buy an elevated toilet seat, the seat presses down on the bidet and makes it so the nozzle can't fully extend or work right. i tried using the adapters to raise the seat. but that just affects the front, not the back. i've 2 others and i wouldn't buy this one again.

Took awhile to get a handyman out to install. He said the install instructions were not great and there were no how to use instructions. This is my first time experience what a bidet can do for me so some instructions would have been helpful. Good entry price point. There were some extra parts not shown on the instructions for install or accountability in the parts list. Hope they were not important parts. Star Rating System (What do my star ratings mean?): 1 STAR - Completely unusable, would request a refund 2 STAR - Meets minimum viable product requirements, wouldn't purchase it again 3 STAR - It does what it should, but in a non-spectacular way, I may recommend it, but definitely with reservations 4 STAR - I like it. It is solid quality and delivers as advertised, I would purchase it again and recommend it to a friend 5 STAR - I love it. It meets or exceeds all of my expectations and is high quality, I would purchase it again and would openly promote it to friends

Easy installation is a relative term, but my son in law said it was, for me not so much. Use your own judgement as to your own abilities, but there is no major plumbing involved. The unit sits to the side and is inconspicuous. Nothing can convince me that the water isn't cold, but it is doable and i very much like the cleansing aspect of this device. If you have been thinking about a bidet, this is an inexpensive way to try the bidet style cleaning before having a bidet commode installed, in fact you may be satisfied n with this addition.

We needed new bidets because the seats eventually broke the bulkier early versions we had. This one has minimal parts, nothing fancy, and does the job while being slimmer and less likely to make the seats rock or break the unit. This bidet has a facet type turn handle. It's fine and makes water pressure selection less jarring, just turn to increase. I do feel some click/stop points that are marked on the dial, but it's not enough to make the process any different than just turning to the water pressure you need/want. This does the job and at a low price - it's worked great, and hasn't leaked - plus so easy to install.

The build is very similar to another bidet I had installed before and it works the same. I actually like it more as control knob is better made and more ergonomic. The thickness is just right as to not to require extra feet to be attached to the seat. These are included, but I know from the prior experience they are not needed. It's hard to tell on longevity, but my another unit works more than a year, so I would not expect much of the difference.
