I have send pictures and details regarding one defective chair that broke at one of the footrest. Now a second chair has broken. These chairs are very cheaply made. The wood cracked just from light normal use. This shouldn’t happen 4:6 weeks in. The table is very sturdy. The chairs are barely used. Maybe sat it 4 times in 5 weeks. I was promised a new chair to replace the first one. What can be done to replace the second. I would love to repair it myself because the set looks beautiful in my dining room. How was the wood is cracked and there is no way to repair it. I have not received my first chair replacement as promised. Please assist me before me having to take it a step further. ... show more

Provided tools are cheap! Barely enough to install one chair. Luckily, the seller seems to know that, so they provided you one tool for each chair....😂 However, cheap product is cheap product. One of the socket came out when I was trying to tighten up. I have to put that chair in the corner so bigger people won't sit in it. I've tried to contact the seller for this issue, they don't reply. Since I don't want to spend another 4 hours to disassemble them, I guess I will have to bare with it. -------Update 3/20/2021------- After several attempts, the seller answered and send me a new set of four chairs to pull the parts that I needed, which is very nice. I told them I only need one chair to be replaced, they still send four. It has been a couple of months, this dinning set proved to be sturdy, easy to clean with the "granite like" table top. I was a little concerned after seeing someone posted that the stretchers didn't line up, but figured out they were on backwards after doing the same my first chair. After first chair it was a breeze for the rest.
