I love you overalls support, the structure, is very strong. Actual fencing is a little too lightweight in one of the dogs I had in closed bent it pretty badly by trying to get out. I'm going to eventually replace it with a stronger fencing, but the frame itself is very sturdy. I like the feeding door as well. The chain link fencing does not compare to that of the local hardware store's such as home depot or lowes. It is much thinner fencing. Aluminum poles are also thin. However, it does contain our medium dog well, but I would not trust it to hold our huskies. Therefore the stars given reflect the grade of the material used on this product. ... show more

I bought this kennel a month ago for a new dog. It only took a couple days to set up. Even though it was missing one part it went together fine. When I reached out to the company, they quickly sent the missing part too.

    • The locking mechanism for the door does not match up

The main problem with this item is that the door locking mechanism does not line up. This is not a part that we installed incorrectly. This locking mechanism came pre-attached (welded in place). The chain-link for the door wasn’t wide enough. We had to use a heavy duty clamp not provided) in order to stretch the chain link and hold it in place to screw in the bolts. The instructions were not as detailed as they could have been. For instance, they tell you to attach the chain-link to the top of the frame, but don’t specify what to use. We figured that out by process of elimination. However, they could have made it very clear by making that a part of the instructions - “attach with number 29 (metal zip ties.) ... show more

Fence like wrapping cheaply made not strong. Dog pulled it apart in15 min. Rods on gate easily bent soft metal. Disappointed 😞. Canopy cover inadequate.
