We put the frame up as instructed. Missing 2 screws & bolts. Got the frame together and put the top cover on and one of the end pole cover with hook was only hanging with by a thread. Was not sewn together. Put the sides on and several of clamps are broke and don’t hook. One of the windows wasn’t cut out. Was unhappy that we couldn’t talk with anyone one. Went on line to see about what could be done was to send it all back. Do you know what it would take to tear down the frame. I wouldn’t recommend this one to anybody.     • HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I decided to cancel this order before it was shipped to me. I decided to do so as many reviews say it's trash and really low quality, I decided to save myself the trouble of confirming it's low quality. Turns out this companies customer service matches the quality of their item it's trash and low quality, can't locate the package they never shipped and I've been waiting on my refund for almost a month now it's ridiculous 😑 ... show more
