This just arrived yesterday, so I cannot speak to the durability or anything. Let me tell you what I can...the instructions are BASIC! The pictures are difficult and the description, not so great. We have 5 kids, so this is not our first go round with trampoline assembly. My best advice, follow the directions as best you can and here are a few tips we found to make things easier - so you don't have to take it all apart and start over when the frame comes apart with 10 springs left to attach. 1. Make sure the frame is securely pushed together at all T joints. The slightest bit of space has the potential to cause you major problems. 2. The directions say to attach and bolt the ling poles the net hangs from after you attach the mat. Attach those before you attach the mat. This makes sure all the legs are bolted on and will prevent the left leg from popping out constantly while trying to stretch springs. 3. When attaching the upright net holding poles, only attach the lower section, it makes attaching the net easier in a future step. 4. We found about half the holes the springs are supposed to slide into were not in the exact place for the springs to go in easily. Have a rubber mallet handy for those. You can pull the spring into place and have someone tap firmly, but not hard, on the end. It slips right into place and makes life SO much easier. 4. Put the spring cover on...DO NOT tie it yet! I promise it will make life so much easier. 5. Hang the net. The upper part of the uprights, tie the net and lift it up to another person standing on the trampoline. They can help guide, while you click it onto place. It's a bit tedious and you have to stretch the net, to get the 2 parts of the upright piles to s click together...but it is so much easier to attach and lift up (especially when you are short - my 6' 2" nephew was reaching well over his head to tie them, before we decided to take the poles apart and try it this way). 6. Shocking, and I about cried...but you have to sew the bottom of the net to the mat. After all the struggling, to get to this last part and realize I had to sew. Anyhow, it's not that bad. Tie it off to a triangle/spring loop on the mat go up through the net and back to the triangle. Back up through the net and skip 4 to 6 holes before coming back through the net and down to the next triangle. This step will make so much more sense once you have it in your hands. 7. Now, tie the spring cover down. This way, the whole time your maneuvering around to sew and hang the net you can slide this out of your way. ... show more

After arriving from Amazon with missing screws/bolts we got it all out up only to find that there were 3 tears in the trampoline mat. Contacted Amazon and they said we could only get a new trampoline and would have to send the entire old one back. My husband is a disabled veteran and had to have help to put this up. We just wanted the new mat. Amazon said no return or keep. Well I decided to contact the company directly because Amazon said they did but did not apparently as I received no communication from Amazon- got a “we contacted the company” response. Well they had to have lied because I then emailed Lyromix after waiting 2 days for Amazon, and Lyromix responded within24 hours of me emailing them and were extremely prompt with each communication thereafter. I had a new mat out within a week as well as a new tool which went missing somewhere in our yard. This company took this disappointing event with Amazon and turned it into a 5 star experience. I will gladly purchase their products again due to this amazing experience with their customer service. Thank you Lyromix as I definitely felt valued like a customer. ... show more

Not only is this trampoline the ultimate stress-buster, but it's also a top-notch fitness buddy. I'm now the reigning champion of the "highest jump" competition in my neighborhood! 🏆💪 I must admit, I approached assembling the trampoline with all the grace of a giraffe trying to salsa. 🦒💃 But guess what? Putting it together was smoother than butter on a hot pancake! 🧈🥞 It did arrive in two shipments but that's okay. Ive bought three trampolines on Amazon and this is the worst. I will admit that there are measurements on one of the photos associated with this trampoline, but otherwise I would say that the photos are very misleading. The size of the children and the adults in the photos are smaller than the trampoline and have likely been pasted. This makes understanding the actual dimensions of the trampoline difficult. This trampoline rises barely more than two feet off the ground, making it unsafe for even minimal bouncing by older children (still under the weight limit of 155lbs given in the instructions). A child of 140 lbs will strike ground with even moderate activity. We got it for christmas and left it unassembled given the weather, and are now assembling and ofcourse it is after the return window. Do not buy this trampoline if you wish to have even moderately energetic play in it. ... show more
