This unit is solid and rugged, and mounting it was a breeze. I needed to remove the base from the rack to do the installation, which was a bit of a trick because the device won't release if the small lever is pressed in the opposite (wrong) direction. An additional phrase of instruction would go a long way here. A bit expensive for what it is, but in my opinion worth it. The first thing I thought after installing it was this is great, I could use multiple racks (it only holds about 12 spices), but that gets a bit pricey in a hurry. Careful installation will give you a great deal more storage in your cabinets! Slides may be out of square, but additional screws will Square it up nicely! They seem sturdy too! Time will tell durability. I'm buying 2 more so I will have 3 in my spice cabinet!
