A huge F—- YOU to Amazon on this one. They completely botched delivery and followed that up with garbage customer service. The chair itself was nice. Great for deep tissue massage, but can be painful if sensitive. Just don’t get it through Amazon.

I am enjoying a massage even as I write this. I highly recommend this chair. The automatic modes are nice but I recommend playing with the manual settings for the most benefit. I had to unbox it to get it in my office (even after taking the door off) but that was not too much of an ordeal. No detailed instructions for the controls. Just very high level. But it was enough so that I could figure out the rest

My wife has medical conditions that require massages to ease her pain. The cost of massages have gone over $150 and are not affordable on a weekly basis. Now she can get them daily. This chair is incredible with features we are still discovering. Now the bad, I know it is Christmas time but the shipping was horrendous. We had to do extensive research to find who to contact when my unit did not arrive when scheduled. This was scheduled for Friday with signature required, it arrived Tuesday! I took off work to be here and didn’t even receive a call. Customer service for the seller would not answer and there was no way to get hold of anyone.

I have been searching for a massage chair on Amazon for long time, I found this KTENTITO massage chair offers incredible value for its price. SL track, 7 massage techniques and zero gravity functions making your massage experience even more comfortable. After struggling with the hip pain, I found relief within a week of daily use, and I can now sleep very well. When I first used the massage chair I also encountered some issues with the foot roller and Bluetooth, but the customer service was so nice—they guided me patiently through the process and resolved everything quickly.
