Expands to the just the right size and height for a side sleeper

I followed the instructions that came with this item - allow the pillows one full day to expand and gently pat the pillows on the side. I also pressed on the center of each pillow to distribute the memory foam. The pillow expanded to an appropriate height and thickness for a side sleeper; particularly for a side sleeper of a man my size / my build. The pillow is made of a soft, quality material in which one side offers cooling. Compared to other pillows using shredded memory foam, I felt both pillows expanded where the shredded memory foam was distributed evenly without any noticeable lumps or gaps. The pillows' firmness is as described which is a medium-firm.

It is quite unusual that I am rating a pillow five stars. I cannot tell you how many pillows I’ve bought and tossed in the past year. White this pillow could be perfected, the five stars are warranted because I am finally sleeping through the night in bliss! What a phenomenal feature to be able to customize the loft of a pillow. And is very easy to do. The memory foam claims to be latex although I’m not 100% sure it is, it sure does smell like it! You will definitely need to air this pillow out for several days. The cover is said to be a cooling material, but I cannot attest to that yet until summertime. It does say wash on gentle. It’s definitely not bamboo if that’s what you were wondering. So far, I am perfectly comfortable with it, although I will mention that it is kind of a slippery material and my pillowcase keeps inching off. These are queen size pillows, but they’re actually kind of big for my queen size pillowcases. I’m going to probably need to get an extra large pillow protector which will hopefully help keep my pillowcases from sliding off. When I use the queen pillow protector and zip it, the lofting material is less malleable. That might be good for some, but I kind of like being able to mold my pillow and move some of the loft around. When I say this pillow is customizable, it is truly customizable. I am sleeping like a dream. And it’s comical how much material I removed, I can use it to create a new bed for my cat! I bet he love it! It does come with extra loft if you really want a big fat pillow instead. Anyway five stars all around. I am sleeping so well and I love this pillow!
