Unfortunately I had a bad experience. Less then 2 weeks into owning the chair I was super excited and learning the controls. The rollers got stuck in the lower back area and that was it . The screen is made out of cheap quality when you press the screen you can see the discoloration everywhere as if it’s leaving a fingerprint behind.the the calf muscle section wouldn’t inflate every single time. Not sure if I just caught a bad one or it’s just bad quality. Do your research.

I bought this since it is SL track and has foot kneading, others of similar price have basic fixed rollers and air compression for foot message. Overall quality and build is good, I have been using for a couple of weeks so far. Massage quality is good, it won't quite replace the experience in salon but ok, gets the job done. Recommended overall for the price point of$1200. I see the price dropped to$1149..

Great value for the price compared to other units available here on Amazon as well as places like Costco. This is a 1st time purchase as I have never owned a massage chair previously. I am a big proponent of extended warranties when available and at a reasonable price, I purchased the 3 year. Specifically, when an item has many internal parts driven by a screen /app/ electronics. I would have given 5 stars had it not been for 2 smaller functions that could have been better or better understood prior to purchase but seemingly common even on much more expensive chairs. #1. heat function I can feel slightly on the back of my legs but not too much at all on my lower back. #2. the leg extension is not auto extending to taller individuals, you must push out yourself. I noticed issue #2 was mentioned as a complaint on Costco site for an Osaki brand chair at $1k higher price than what I paid for this chair. The quality of build and material are good thus far after 3+ months of ownership and dozens of uses. Functions are many and adjustable which I can appreciate as I like different pressures depending how my lower back feels on any given day. Lastly, the chair delivers mostly complete and minimal assembly. Wheels on the back make it simple to move from one location to another if necessary, including through normal doorways.
