What a cool purchase!!! Very warm and inviting. I can't stop staring at it. Fireplace came first, so I plugged it in and starting enjoying it before the cabinet arrived a few days later. Everything was perfectly packaged. Directions were clear and easy to follow. I was determined to finish once I got started and they pay off was incredible. I'm in Florida so don't anticipate using the heater much but it works surprisingly well and it's quiet. I will keep the fireplace on year round just beacuse it is so warm and inviting. Can't wait to show this off to my friends and family! It took me about three hours to put together but I took my time and I'm not the handy type. Everything worked out. I do recommend extending the two feet in the center to the floor , otherwise the unit sags a little and the cabinet doors don't line up. I did a lot of research and went back and forth on the color (black or white). I like the white because it creates a contrast around the fireplace and brightens my home vs bachelor black. Seems like there's a couple of companies selling the same one but I think they are all the same. Mine was tagged Ameri-Home. I paid $299 plus tax. Best purchase I've made in a long time. The media could not be loaded. I am shocked ar how sturdy and heavy duty it feels. Looks really nice. The fireplace is cool. Even has a heater…expensive finish, not like the usual mdf cheap furniture. If i had another house i would buy this again
