I am a petite side sleeper. Occasionally I sleep on my back. I was experiencing neck pain from my memory foam pillow and decided it was time to find a new pillow. I have tried 12 different pillows. Anything from contour pillows to the higher end bed gear, sleep number and purple harmony pillows. I didn't really care about cost, just wanted a good night's sleep without neck pain. After trying so many pillows, I decided to try this one. I like that this can be ordered in a standard size, it has a gusset, the memory foam is adjustable and has the polyester fill mixed in to make it softer. I removed alot of the fill to fit my size. You can tell the inside pillow case and outside cover are not as high end as the other pillows, but for me this is a bonus as the gusset does not have the cording that ends up poking you in the neck. I don't think this pillow sleeps cool, however I use a regular pillow protector and pillow case. Possibly using a cooling pillow protector could help. I would recommend trying this pillow. It has worked for me and you cannot beat the price.

I always feel stiff on my neck. Since I bought this Luxe king size pillow and tried for days, my neck stiffness has gotten better. This pillow is soft in right level and very supportive for my neck. I feel very comfortable on this pillow. It is also great that I can adjust the thickness. I really love this pillow.

For the most part I like these two Luxe Linen (brand name) pillows. They arrived in a vacuum-sealed bag, so on first viewing, they're flat. Just remove the plastic, and they will fill out naturally by being exposed to the air and by your gently stretching and patting and fluffing it. You will notice that they swell up fast to quite a large size. You'll need to air out the pillows 12 to 24 hours to dissipate a chemical smell. You can zip open the pillows and remove some of the filling material if the pillows are too big for you. The company includes a nice bag to store that removed filling if you need to do that. The description on Amazon said that the company includes extra filling, but there was none in the package; so they need to mention the included storage bag for removing some filling, AND they need to remove their statement that extra filling is provided. I can't see how anyone would want a larger or fluffier pillow. If anything, for many people, removal of some filling may be necessary. But I like it just the way it is. My neck and back need the support and the comfort. This is definitely an improvement over other pillows I've had in that the others were just not ample enough. Note that the filler contents are not washable, BUT the outer cover is. Care instructions are included on the tags. But what do they mean by "Linen"? Linen is derived from flax. These pillows are mostly synthetic: the filler is shredded polyurethane foam, the inner cover is polyester, the outer cover's face and back are 70% polyester and 30% Lyocell (which is a form of rayon derived from cellulose from wood, so that it is semi-synthetic), and the outer cover side panel is polyester. But the pillows feel nice to the touch. And they provide great support and comfort.

This is a really nice pillow. They included extra shredded foam so you can add more if the pillow isn't full enough for you. I think that's a high quality move. My experience was that I removed a bit of the fluff, and put it into the bag of extra fluff and it all fit. I think I'm realizing that I need a solid pillow and not a fluffy one like this, as much as I would like a fluffy pillow. I have a solid contoured pillow that seems a bit too solid, but I had to go back to that as this one was a bit too squishy for me. I do love the pillow cover and how you can unzip it and wash it. Sadly, this one is not going to work for me, but hopefully someone in my household will like it.

This pillow turned out better than I expected it to. It does conform to the head shape, but doesn’t sink you. I haven’t woken up to neck pain, nor have I needed to add another pillow. I only use one of these pillows a night. I got the 2 pack. Mine came with a bag, but no extra filling . You can remove the pillow cover and clean it, but not the filling. As for cooling affect I don’t really notice that, but I guess I can say my head isn’t hot or sweaty waking up. I will most like buy another 3 or 4 for my kids.
