  • Amazing! Man up and get one!
Color: White
As you start to get older, sometimes you suddenly notice... "Man, I need to wipe." Whether it's from fart dust or remnants left over from your last battle for the throne, it won't matter anymore... you can say goodbye to undie stains and stanky-ass-syndrome with this bidet! After installing this, my anus has never been cleaner throughout the day. Every man should have one of these. Once I'm done pooping, a couple of sprays, one wipe, and that's it. I use 1/4 of the toilet paper that I used to, so this thing will practically pay for itself over the life of the product. It was odd at first to have cold, pressurized water streaming at my brown star, but once I accepted the benefits and got used to it, it's amazing. Pair this with a Squatty Potty and the dream team will be complete. It's time to come out of the paper-age. Save the day with your bidet! ... show more

  • WARNING. fittings can fail.
Color: Blue
Purchase 6/17, FAILED 8 Months later! Hose from wall valve to bidet blew out of bidet valve for no reason. Dumped 8000 gallons of water on floors while I was away overnight. Was properly installed by a licensed plumber! Should not have failed! $40,000 damage! I won’t buy this companies products again. The fittings are plastic. Look for all steel and copper valves and fittings for your water lines. Expensive lesson learned!!! ... show more

  • Real User Review: Save the money and get the Luxe Bidet 120
Color: White
I got a Neo 120 and absolutely loved it, so I thought of getting the 185 for my other restroom for the extra women cleaning function for the ladies. Upon installation I found out it's just a gimmick. There's no difference between the two spray. I was expecting and lower longer spray, but it's identical, or near identical enough to not be able to tell the difference. But worse yet, because there are now two nozzles, none is at the center anymore. So the spray direction is a bit to the side so it doesn't penetrate as accurately. The 120 is a beast, it his right between the crack and I much prefer that over the 185. So you pay more for a worse product. Save your money. ... show more

  • Don't put teflon tape on plastic threads. Do not cross thread plastic threads. You have been advised
Color: Blue
Overall this seems to be a good product,,, if you install it right. The instructions are MOSTLY there. But the order should be altered. 1. Get yourself some REAL teflon tape and put two turns on each of the metal threads on T-adapter ONLY before doing anything else. Put 4 dots of adhesive silicone on underside of Bidet attachment to hold the round rubber gaskets in place while trying to install Bidet. (They are not enough of a fit to stay in place. Pain in the butt.) 2.Turn off water supply and empty tank 3. Remove water supply inlet hose from under tank 4. CAREFULLY, thread the T-adapter to the water inlet fill valve on the bottom side of tank. (The T is metal. The water inlet is probably plastic and will easily cross thread. (tighten carefully) 5. Connect water supply line to T-adapter. 6. Connect Bidet hose to T-adapter. 7. NOW REMOVE TOILET SEAT AND LID (its a real pain in the arse to do steps 3-6 with the lid and seat off, especially if you drop something and it goes into the bowl.. Ooops! 8. Install Bidet per included instructions.. NOTE, VERY IMPORTANT!!!! Do Not Fully Tighten Screws to Seat Until Nozzel Guard is Flush Against Toilet Bowl Rim and Hole Placement is Symmetrical 9. Attach Bidet hose to Bidet (tighten carefully) 10. Turn on water supply 11. Enjoy BIG POINTS: Use a real adjustable wrench, not that plastic crap that comes in the box contents Get some real teflon tape and use only on metallic threads Ensure not to cross thread plastic fittings Do Not over tighten plastic fittings. They will crack. You crack the toilet fill valve, add another $20 and at least another hour to take it out, go to the store for another, and then re-install. For those people who had leaks, you PROBABLY either cracked a fitting or put teflon tape on plastic fittings which does not work. I have installed two. Neither leak. ... show more

  • Who knew that taking it up the butt would be this great?
Color: Blue
This thing is amazing. Don't even get me started on how/why the general human population does not use such a device. Never buy toilet paper again. Any bidet is great, but this one here has the added bonus of looking good as well as having a front and rear — no pun intended — spray option. If you're a guy, it's a nice way to clean the jewels as well as the dumpster. The ladies will love it by default. They cannot resist it's power. Highly suggest not only rinsing the outside, but the insides as well. You will be met with a toot-toot from your exit hole along with some additional stuff that no toilet paper can get to. Build that confidence knowing that you are clean on both the outside, as well as the inside. Like shooting water into the clowns mouth at carnival game, just doing it blindfold. Aim and fire. ... show more

  • TERRIBLE FOR FEMALE WASHING, flat angle, No Aim, water everywhere (outside toilet)
Color: White
I just bought the Neo 185 on Sept 2nd and so far it has not been a satisfactory experience. My household is young and my husband is pretty handy and with that said I still have a question: Is there a way to make the nozzle to point straight up for female washing? This thing always soaks my bathroom floor, my legs (AND CLOTHES!!!) and even the wall right across the toilet seat!!! No matter how forward or backward the bidet is moved, water ALWAYS gets everywhere. And as a matter of fact the Female Wash setting is even worse. It works at such a "flat" angle that it doesn't even reach me, water just passes through the space between the toilet and the seat wetting eithe my legs/pants/shoes or the wall in front. It's ridiculous. I really wanted to like it but if there is no fix for this flaw, the product does not deserve even one star because it doesn't serve its purpose. ... show more
