Overall this was a nice travel pillow that was easily packed away . The only problem was the Velcro wasn't long English to actually tighten up the pillow as it should be around the neck. Otherwise it was good

This item is so close to being 5-star for me, but the wimpy knockoff velcro closure is a joke. It's one of those cheap, super thin faux velcro strips that works maybe 10 times and then picks up too much fuzz to remain sticky - and even if you painstakingly clean it, it doesn't really make a difference because the hooks kinda degrade and lose too much structural integrity to hold on to the fuzzy side. Otherwise I love this thing. I had a very old dog with health problems that stopped being able to sleep thru the night alone and would start barking and demanding someone sit downstairs with him around 5am each day. I'd go down and inevitably nod off with my head in some terrible position and wake up with a headache. As dumb as it sounds, this pillow was a HUGE quality of life upgrade and helped me catch up on my sleep which for the better part of a year was pretty much constantly interrupted by this (sadly now departed) doggo. (The stuff we gladly do for our pets, am I right?) The support is great, the foam is very comfortable and I actually feel like this thing is so big and fluffy that it does a bit of gentle neck stretching/decompression. It just really needs to firmly stay closed with the hook-and-loop tape to be supportive, and unfortunately after about 2 weeks it stopped staying closed. Between the noise of the velcro disengaging and my head slipping it would end up waking me up. They should put better velcro on this or come up with another closure method and it would be a winner. There are similar items that use a draw string like you'd see on a hoodie. I'd recommend getting that kind. ... show more

I really really love traveling with this neck pillow. It’s soft and pretty firm. I like that I can lean my read forward and to the side to sleep, and my neck is still supported. The strap in the front allows you to put it as tight as you want it ok your neck. My FAVORITE feature is the fact that you can roll it up super small and keep it in the little case it comes with. It’s way more convenient than having to carry around a neck pillow on your neck when you get off the plane or shoving it in your carryon. I clipped the little pouch to the side of my backpack and it stayed and I didn’t lose it and it stayed CLEAN. I bought this to replace my cloucomft (yes that was actually the name!) travel neck pillow. It was the best one I had ever owned, and unfortunately they don’t make it anymore. I would say this one is a close 2nd. The shape is good; just a tad bigger in the back than the other one but when you lean back it’s soft and pliable enough that it doesn’t really push your head forward. It’s supportive, but not too rigid. The outer case is soft. It makes me a little bit hot, but any kind of foam does. I would say this is lower on the hot scale than other foam. The main issue I have with it is rolling it up and putting it in the travel case. It’s a bit challenging to get it in there. A few times I had to do it more than once to get it rolled small enough to fit in. The carabiner was great though and I was able to clip my water bottle to it as well. I didn’t really have much use for the mask and earplugs, but they seem decent. All in all for the price, I would recommend; especially compared to most travel neck pillows out there. I have only used it for one round plane trip (2 flights each way), so I am not sure how well the cover washes and goes back on the pillow. I will update my review after I wash it. ... show more
