Wasn't sure about the quality when purchasing it, but the tea set arrived in good condition and it was well made with good design, color, and the wood rim around the serving pot, which is heat resistant. This is a great tea set for traveling or using at home. The tongs are the only item that doesn’t work well for getting tea leaves out of the tea jar. Overall, it's a great tea set.

It's a wonderful set that arrived unbroken, but it was wrapped in plastic by itself that was stuck to the outside of the case with adhesive and did not come with a tea clip or the tea towel. I was able to gently wipe off the adhesive and I looked in the tray and all around the bag, but did not find the tea cup clip or the towel.

I like this set and the carrying case, makes transport easy when I want to have my tea session not at home. I have been using this set daily for the past 6 months at least. The gaiwan is not the nicest ceramic but the lid fits well. I like the appearance as well as the one I ordered has some nice graphics.

I bought this as part of a Mother’s Day gift to my wife, and we’ve enjoyed it so much. The design on the cups is gorgeous, everything came packaged in a travel case that protects all of the parts well, and the pieces are all very easy to use and clean. I also feel like this is a great value for the money. I do want to mention that the bamboo top cracked a bit down the middle, but it’s nothing that has caused worry or affected the tea experience for us, just something to note. I would definitely recommend this for anyone wanting to try gong fu style tea - this style of brewing really has opened my eyes to how good tea can be, and this set is where that appreciation started.
