I can't recommend this seller enough they even resent and redid the paperwork even though we're the ones you lost it only complaints the fact that communication through Amazon seems complicated they've been very helpful in the process the only reason why any communication was needed is cuz I have a rural route address and because of the shipping through freight companies there's a little more difficulty I'm very pleased that for less than $1600 my 16 year old son can now travel back and forth to work at speeds of 52 miles an hour legally and insured at about 1/12 the fuel cost of me driving back him and forth I think I might get a couple more honestly ... show more

Great product other than the ignition assembly that completely failed. Second day into driving it, the key wouldn’t turn over out of the safety lock mode. Turns out, the pin bent and wouldn’t allow key turn over. The company was very quick to send a replacement ignition assembly which I replaced myself. First scooter i ever bought, comes with all papers to get it registered and it came FAST too. I assembled the thing in 2 hours, the day after did an oil change and threw sum premium gas ($7 a tank) n hit the road. Just to tell ya how simple it was to get it running, i have no previous mechanic experience n i've been able to troubleshoot every problem thus far (being none💀) It runs smooth, it's not loud, great base to modify and add upgrades since its a simple gy6. Honestly i love the thing and if anything breaks or falls off the manufacturers responded the day of to help! Cant recommend this product enough! ... show more

The speedometer doesn't work, you should be mechanically inclined to buy this scooter where im located there is nobody will work on the scooter and getting the insurance had to call 7 insurance companies until finally i got a one..so its was not worth the headaches or the wasted money..for something that isnt a working from beginning already must get fixed...look elsewhere..the delivery was early and very professional young men ... show more

The whole process was very simple and if I ever had any concern or questions prior to and after delivery XPROUSA was very prompt on responding and couldn't be more happy with the scooter. Assembly was extremely simple and fast and once I put gas and oils in it fired right up.

Mine lasted 2 months 6 days before it's not even ridable anymore so do yourself a favor save a bit more and get something that's not gonna breakdown on the side of the road like mine did.
