Really only need 80-90 grams of dough. Don't let the dough rise too much before cooking or the buns will be too tall. I'd give this 5 stars, but, mine came with a strange odor. It takes several batches of cooking to rid the pan of the odor. In terms of performance, it works well. There is a small bit of sticking around the rim, but it's very liveable. I purchased this because gluten free, allergy friendly breads are easier to turn out from silicone compared to metal pans. With that in mind, very happy with this pan. It's dishwasher safe and freezer safe too which is a plus, depending on your needs. I bought one of these several years ago and liked it so much i ordered another. Cleanup is a breeze. They are flexible so I use a cookie sheet under it when I bake eggs in it.

The size and durability of this pan is great. I have pans from other retailers and the quality is simply not the same. There is a sturdiness and yet a flexibility in this silicone which I just love. Buy it, it's definitely not a waste of money. The packaging and instructions booklet is probably what adds to the price because the packaging is also high quality and so is the instructions booklet. Lurch, you can use a cheaper packaging and we do not need the instructions booklet for this pan. That way you can drop your price for your Amazon customers. ... show more
