We replaced a hideous, stuck in the 90’s light fixture that cast a glow like you were being interrogated with this, & what an improvement!! Truthfully almost anything would’ve been an improvement to what was there, lol. Since our local Home Depot just didn’t have enticing enough options for us, Amazon was the way to go, & I was impressed with both the speed at which the shipped & the thoroughness with which this was packed. The pros: -Looks way more expensive than it is -provides ample & flattering light over a large area (especially when paired with some warm colored Edison bulbs) The cons: -almost non existent assembly & installation instructions...there was a lot of guessing & praying going on in our house! -If you’re replacing a fixture that had a 4” round electrical box (which my dad, who is an electrician, assures me is pretty much the standard), this likely won’t install without at least little rigging -may be difficult install for some, especially if you think you’ll attempt alone (wouldn’t advise that) -the gold color is slightly more green/yellow than I’d prefer, but not awful enough to warrant me returning Edit: One more con...if installing this on a sloped ceiling as we had, please note, it isn’t designed for this type of installation, so it likely won’t sit exactly right. Our slope wasn’t super dramatic, so it should be fine, but it’s definitely something to consider.

Update: The seller was very responsive about my concerns and allowed a return. Bumping from 1 star to 3. I read the reviews but now I’m questioning if any of these 5 stars are actually real based on my experience. This has been the light fixture from hell. First off, it’s a horrible gold color. It’s bright yellow/green instead of a soft gold. But whatever, we decided to try it anyways. Most importantly, this light is a scary fire hazard you do not want to have in your house. We had an electrician come install it and he commented how thin and dangerous the wiring was. As he was leaving, on of the wires sparked and blew! Thank god none of us were directly under it otherwise we would have been burned. Our electrician offered to buy nicer wire and re-wire the entire thing but we didn’t plan on keeping it at that point. And when the second wire blew, that sealed the deal. Save your money and pay extra for a nicer light fixture. It’s honestly not worth the risk of burning your house down.

I ordered 2 of these chandeliers last spring. They stayed in their boxes as my apartment renovation was delayed due to COVID. When I finally opened the boxes to install, one of the chandeliers was new and the other was definitely a refurbished/returned light. I installed both and the one that is new is just fine BUT the other one keeps shorting and blowing out the bulbs, which is dangerous. I love how these chandeliers look and I hope the supplier will make good and send me a new one! UPDATE: LUOLAX has been very reactive to resolve my issue. They have been super responsive and I really appreciate the Customer Service. My problem has been resolved. Thanks.

The light looks beautiful and you can move the arms around to your specific design. One of the joints broke but their customer support was phenomenal and sent a replacement immediately.

The fixture I received was in very good condition, only took off one star because it was missing some of the installation hardware. The company was easy to work with and quickly shipped a replacement for the missing pieces. I would have preferred a thicker/sturdier fixture overall, but at the given price point, it's just fine and does bring quite a lot of style to my room.

Didn't follow the instructions because there is a lack thereof. Not meant to be placed on a slanted ceiling, but I made my own adjustements. Totally forgot to measure the length from ceiling but, all in all a very attractive and well priced fixture.
