    • Rotten egg smell in well water, Yuck!
It kind of did the trick but didn't last. I have a cottage on the river and my well is ony 65ft deep. I tried 3 different ways of using this product. First was dropping 4 tablets down the well, no results. The second method was putting 6 tablets down the well then ran water in the well from a nearby garden hose. This method worked the best, I started finally smelling chlorine in the water. Hot dog I figured I had it,work for about 4 days rotten egg smell back. So I dumped another 6 tablets down without using a garden hose, couldn't smell any chlorine but rotten egg smell not as bad. I would say so so, have it a 4 star could have been a 3.5. ... show more

It worked really good but was short on the tablet amount. Amazon being the great customer service it is took care of the shortage.

    • Thisnis not a quick drop in and leave for 30 min solution.
Only complaint I have is with the misleading advertisement about a “just drop in” and “quick 30 min” fix. The process in the direction actually takes hours like a normal sanitization. It was why I purchased this one looking for an easier fix only for it to be the same.
