Comfy and soft. I'm 5'2 and the lumbar support pillow reaches the bottom of my neck. I like the straps for support. I will use this pillow for my car, and I will try it on the plane the next time I travel.

It does feel good on my back and is good support but it is too thick for my vehicle. I can only get the seat in my car to go so far back and the thickness of this pillow causes me to have to bend my leg in an awkward position to drive. Unfortuantely, I will not be able to use this one. Will work better for someone whos driver seat is able to go back further than mine ... show more
