Comfy and soft. I'm 5'2 and the lumbar support pillow reaches the bottom of my neck. I like the straps for support. I will use this pillow for my car, and I will try it on the plane the next time I travel.

I do get support, but I have to readjust the support several times during each drive can't tighten it enough to stay in one place.

Outstanding Pillow

If you drive a lot, especially for a living, this cushion gives excellent support. It supports your entire back from top to bottom, and is not too thick. Since I have been using this, I have no back or leg pain, and I drive about 6-7 hours a day. Also works for a bad office chair at home. Excellent price for the value. Recommend highly.

Too bulky

It does feel good on my back and is good support but it is too thick for my vehicle. I can only get the seat in my car to go so far back and the thickness of this pillow causes me to have to bend my leg in an awkward position to drive. Unfortuantely, I will not be able to use this one. Will work better for someone whos driver seat is able to go back further than mine
