Soft enough and yet firm
OMG I almost didn't get this. I thought it would be hard and uncomfortable. Quite the opposite. It's soft and yet firm like a mattress. It doesn't make me feel like I'm being pushed forward in my work chair. I can adjust it so easily. I would recommend employers buy each employee one of these. I think it would cut down on issues with ergonomics. Love it and do glad I tried it!

Great back support!
This design is comfortable and gives good support and is still soft... The only downside is the carrying bag, it is way too tight and I accidently tore the bag trying to pull out the pillow, worthless carrying case :-( However the support pillow works to perfection...

Decent lumbar support, good as neck roll pillow
I decided to review this Givanlee Lumbar Support Pillow even though I already have a lumbar support pillow that I'm happy with. I wanted to see if I would choose to replace my existing Seeknow pillow with the Givanlee one. I work as a tech support agent in ten-hour shifts, and so it really helps to have quality extra support in my office chair. After using it for a few days, I can report that the Givanlee does provide a decent amount of lumbar support. Plus, it's flexible in that it can be rolled up into a neck support pillow for watching TV or reading while lying down. It's comfortable in my office chair, and it's comfortable in my bed if I'm taking it easy while watching a movie. Can I say that it's every bit as good for lumbar support as the Seeknow pillow that I had previously been using? I would have to say “no.” The Seeknow pillow is the better of the two for lumbar support, although that one cannot roll up and serve as a neck pillow. You can see my previous review of the Seeknow lumbar pillow here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-reviews/R1C8Y449OYHV6T?ref=pf_ov_at_pdctrvw_srp My recommendation is therefore as follows: If you want the best possible lumbar support, skip the Givanlee and get the Seeknow. If you want the least expensive one, get the Givanlee.
