I am at risk of falling asleep on my desk with this lumbar support mounted on my chair. Was able to find that exact spot on my lower back where I needed it most. *Keep in mind that this spot for me is not all the way on the bottom of the seat. The primary issue with this product is that the straps that hold it in place will get loose over time, and so the support pillow will slide down. Doesn't matter if the straps are at its tightest. Problem is mostly to do with these straps being elastic. Something like this should not require constant readjustment. Once you find that spot, it needs to stay in place. I originally ordered two of the product without a strap thinking I saw in the information that it had one. I kept one because I made the error in researching. I sent the other one back since I didn't open the package. Shakerzone reached out to me asking why I seemly the second one back. I replied that I wanted a strap to hold it in position on my car seat. I didn't like how the first model sat at the bottom of the seat and pushed my but instead of my lower back. Shakerzone then informed me that they had a model with a strap and would send it to me. The product I received was: SHAKERINO Lumbar Support Pillow – Memory Foam Lumbar Pillow for Lower Back Support, Back Cushion with Strap for Pain Relief, Perfect Lumbar Support Pillow for Office Chair, Car Seat, Bed, Recliner. This product is exactly what I was looking for. The strap has a rubber inside that helps hold the support pillow in place. The support fits my seat and my back perfectly. I somehow hurt my back recently and had to go to emergency. It is hard for me to sit for long periods. My neighbor who had back surgery recommended this. Now I take this to my car as well as anywhere I have to sit still for a long time. It does help greatly. I still have to go through therapy sessions. But at least I have some backup support. Don’t buy - the fabric constantly twists and no matter how many times you adjust the positioning of the support it constantly moves and you have to readjust it. Not worth the price.
