This thing is massive, very heavy (a good thing), and definitely solid for great support. ONLY complaint is....when we opened the packaging, it had a very fishy smelling odor to it. Placing the cover over the chair helped suppress the smell somewhat, but it has still lingered for about 3 weeks now. I find my daughter doesn't use it much because of the smell. Worth mentioning, I'm 5'9", 275, and the bean bag chair supports me quite well and gives me no indication that the stuffing material will compress or flatten out any time soon or easily at all.

Now I do have to say I love the bean bag so much, is perfect even to exercise lol, but now I have to move and I have not clue how to get this out of my small doors was packed when enter to my house now is all puffy and very big (7ft) and heavy so now what I do I need help we need to move asap please someone HELP !!!!!

Once I got everything together, my son and I broke all the foam up (it comes smushed together in a square bag). The cover is nice and soft! Plus the perfect color to hide my dogs hair! We love it

My boyfriend purchased me the 6 foot black new bag for Christmas because I hate our couch and he wants me to hang out in the living room while he games. When first unboxing the bean bag the packaging was stupid because the plastic was stuck in the zipper and took a while to get unstuck but once it was out , not too bad. It came in a cube shaped that took my boyfriend probably 30 minutes to rip the foam apart then we just kept jumping and running in place on it to keep breaking it up. By the next morning it was fully expanded! It’s very comfy! But I do have to agree on the smell, at first I thought my cat snuck onto it and did something nasty but then quickly realized it was the foam smelling like that. (The guy who commented if you have a dog and you know the anal gland secretion smell, smells just like that!!!GROSS) but I only notice it when I plop into it and then I think I go nose blind to it after 10-15 minutes. I tried the cover and I like it alot but I think it held in the smell more so I took the cover off again to wash it and try and let the foam air out more. I googled it and says can take up to 4 weeks for memory foam to lose its gross smell. It’s been 3 days and it think the strength of the smell is still the same but I will leave the cover off and update the review if the smell ever goes away ! Other than the smell and the stupid pacakaging, I definitely reccomend it! (So does my cat lol , her new favorite place to lay )

Well the reviews aren’t kidding, it is quite a task getting this together. If it’s worth it I’m not sure yet, I’ll add to my review after I’ve used it for a while. When you take the compressed filled beanbag out of the box and zippered blue case (which is difficult), pull the plastic bag out from around the block. Then pull the fabric of the beanbag out. At this point you can open the beanbag and look in to see the block of foam. I left it for 6 hours before I started removing chunks of the block. Doing so, the block got bigger and a bit easier to break apart than it was right out of the box. You will get foam everywhere. And there are crinkling plastic pieces mixed in with the foam occasionally that you want to take out. I had a small pile of them. Do it on carpet if you can so you can vacuum the foam up, sweeping won’t work because it sticks to everything. Don’t be afraid to throw the beanbag around but be careful jumping on it when you’re breaking up the fill, I almost rolled my ankle doing so because there were big chunks left. You really need to break them up with your hands. The entire thing including vacuuming up the mess took me an hour (minus the 6 hrs to let it inflate slightly before pulling it apart). It’s gotten bigger since I’ve finished. This pic is taken 6 hours after I was done. I am occasionally fluffing it by picking it up and shaking/dropping it on the ground on both sides. This thing is huge. It’s comfortable but not super comfortable. It’s no love sac. It’s pretty firm. But I will update after more use, just wanted to get some helpful tips out there!

I put this in the office in replacement of a couch. I believe I got the 6' size. It takes a few days to fully fluff out and for the new smell to go away. It is heavy, as it is super large but I love laying in it and using it as a chair! Very functional and the red color was a fun addition to the room.

I bought the 7ft one and OMG it's a huge hit with this family. Even the dogs lol. It seems to be made with some good quality foam and the suede cover is incredible quality and double stitched at the zipper. It took a bit to get set up and broken apart but the ending result was way worth it. I will be buying a second one!
