(UPDATED July 2022) wanted to update my review. I’ve had the pigtail for a while now and I actually love it. My previous review was completely my fault because I didn’t install it correctly. Although I’m updating my review I decided to leave my previous review up so people can learn from my mistake. The first time I did not read the instructions and install it correctly so please be sure to do so and you should have no problems. Five stars absolutely love it and it still intact after going 90+ miles 😬😬 Only giving 2 stars because it’s cute and it looks as expected. Other than that this suction on this is GARBAGE. It literally kept coming off when I finally thought I had it on my helmet pretty good it flew right off. Luckily I was still in my apartment complex when I rode off to retrieve it. Seller: you guys really need to look into providing adhesive or a better suction for pigtails. Disappointed 🙄 ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Used this cute ponytail for my daughters helmet for the motorcycle. She loves it! Installation was kind of tricky but the helmet is not a flat surface so it’s understandable. Great quality amazing item.

When I received my pigtail, I immediately placed it on my helmet. It was great. However, on my first ride the bow slipped out and was lost on the highway. I contacted 3T SISTER to see about getting a replacement bow. They were amazing. They appreciated the feedback explaining they would make sure to doubly secure the bows in future. They sent me a replacement bow AND a new pigtail doubly secured. I was planning on only the replacement bow but felt really valued as a customer with the brand new pigtail. the adhesive and suction only worked for a few rides when they flew off my helmet. I gave them another try and ordered again and got the same result. Either save ur money or add gorilla glue.

This ponytail is very secured in my helmet! I ride a motorcycle and the wind can be very strong and the ponytail doesn’t come off!! I have mine for about 6 months and still looks good. The suction is powerful.
