Been wearing these daily since I bought them a few weeks ago.... I'm impressed. I usually wear Diehards but they went out of business with Sears. Looks like I can still order Diehards though under the label "Suretrac" which I will probably do once these wear out. These Lugz boots are comfortable, and I'm really enjoying how well made they are for the price point. I got the Lugz on sale because my other steel toe boots had the toes exposed....lol and they were honestly falling apart. These get a 5 start rating from me for what I paid!! The only ONE thing I wish they had was the leather pull on the the back side of the heel. Other than that....I honestly cannot complain and I totally recommend these... especially if you're watching your wallet and don't want to or can't spend $150 or more at the moment . WOULD BUY AGAIN!! ... show more

I didn’t actually use these for construction or any type of industrial work. I really like the look of them and the steel toe is what I was interested in. They’ve got great souls that are nonslip, they fit great, and that steel toe is great for shifting when I ride my motorcycle. I’ve never purchased work boots like these, so I’m not sure how soft the inner souls are normally. These are a little stiff and I can’t imagine them being the most comfortable shoes to stand on all day, but they do look and feel like they would hold up for a very long time ... show more

I would NOT recommend these boots for a person that works in the trades. They lasted just over 1 month for me. One particularly annoying feature is the tongue is only connected to the boot at the bottom so sand, debris and water gets in very easily, which I’m sure leads to them falling apart so soon. ... show more

They’re half decent. Size runs a 1/2 under. Prefer boots with the tongue enclosure. Working in a block plant, material easily gets in the boot. Other than that, they’re not bad and they look good too.
