I’ve used the carry-on once so far. In comparison to my old carry-on this one is smaller even though they both say 20 inches in the description so that was a little bit disappointing. I do like the front pocket a lot and that was my main reason for purchasing it, but it does take up more internal capacity than I was expecting due to the padding. Not necessarily a bad thing, but may prevent you from fitting more items in the luggage. Overall, I prefer to have the exterior pocket. I like the convenience of being able to access items easily. In some ways, it helped me feel more organized having different compartments and pockets that you don’t usually get with a hard shell luggage. I used it for a light jacket and to store my hat and gloves. I also like that you can open it from both the front and middle. It was really hard to find luggage that does this. To me the clamshell opening is not convenient when in a hotel room as it takes up more space when it’s open. It’s also very nice that it has the zipper locks. For the price it seems to be good value, but I don’t know how it will be long-term. Luckily, it comes with a warranty. I wish there was a bigger size available, and I also was thinking the charger would be included. With the charger not being included I don’t really think it’s necessarily more convenient to use the luggage wires as a charger than just a separate charger. The only difference is that you would with the charger not being included I don’t really think it’s necessarily more convenient to use the luggage as a charger than just a separate charger that you need anyways. UPDATE: Excellent customer service. They pay close attention to all of their reviews and quickly reached out to me as they perceived I was less than thrilled with their product. This is not the case. I’m very happy with my purchase. It’s perfect for how I intend to use it. I just wanted to address the concerns of others regarding the reduced capacity for clothes. This is a well made, well designed bag, sold by people who clearly take a lot of pride in their offerings. I read all of the reviews on this and other similar carryon bags, and now I’ve bought and used one myself. First, The Zippers - I can see where the larger zipper pulls, which are integrated into a locking mechanism, can create issues when bags are checked. But this is a carryon. No problems. I suspect most of the zipper complaints come from the larger checked bags. Second, The Wheels - No problem on my bag. They seem well constructed. Perhaps those reviews are again from those with the bigger bags, or some spotty quality issues. Last, Capacity concerns - Well, this shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone. We all bought, or are buying this bag with the hopes of doing away with the second carryon we’ve needed to carry our laptops, tablets, cell phones and charging gear. Dump all of that stuff into the space limitations of a single carryon, and SURPRISE, there’s a lot less room available for clothes and toiletries. Thus, my assessment - This is a very good, 2-3 day carryon sized travel bag, that lets you back all of that stuff in one bag. Just don’t expect to stretch that to 4 or 5 days, like you can do with a normally configured carryon bag. Buy this bag if you value the convenience of accessibility to your IT gear, and the ability to integrate power bank charging, over the additional 2 days of clothing capacity. A weekend trip without checking a bag! Need capacity for a weeklong trip and don’t want to check a bag? Plan on 2 carryon bags. Yes, I would buy this again. ... show more

All their luggage comes with a 3 yr warranty so after reading about my issue they promptly sent me new luggage at no hassle or cost to myself. Thank you!!! Much appreciated! ——original review——- I absolutely love this luggage. Its lightweight, moves easily, and loved all the perks (lock, charging port, laptop pocket) unfortunately after one trip to Japan a wheel was bent/damaged and now makes the luggage hard and loud to move around. Anyone know how to get in contact with the Luggex? I’m happy to buy a replacement wheel if possible but not finding any way to contact these guys. I’d hate to toss perfectly good luggage after one trip! ... show more

Looked nice out of the box but was much smaller on the inside than it seemed in the pictures. It scuffed very easily on first trip. (It was put very carefully in overhead bin by flight attendant and nothing was on top of it) Not impressed with the quality of the finish.
