I really like this suitcase because it has plenty of room to be a carry-on and has the two zippered sides to completely hold items in place. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because it only has the top handle and doesn’t have a side handle to carry or lift horizontally. The top stationary handle is also positioned too close to the top extending handle which makes it hard to get your fingers in and around the stationary handle. Wheels roll well over different surfaces (carpet and tile). Protective shell works well. It will get a lot of surface scratches though. It does what it is supposed to. Great value.

Picked one in white because it looks like a Storm Trooper from StarWars. And after one international travel, not so much of a Trooper. Had dents front and back due to baggage handling. However, very maneuverable and easy to handle and control.

It was packed nice with bubble wrap. Suitcase is really light and rolls/spins nicely straight out of box. Hasn't been packed or used yet with weight, but seems like it will be ok if the airline handles it properly like it should. 1 thing tho, is that it seems just a tiny bit smaller than a 20" my relative has. That said, I like how both sides inside have an interior zipper that works nice to keep stuff in there nicely and a couple little interior pockets for organizing as well.
