My countertop has a 2.5" overhang which has made it a struggle to find the right height barstool. These 24" barstools are the exact height we needed. This set came with a very handy tool that made assembly go much faster. I love the gold accent, I feel it added a nice touch to the blue. These barstools are very comfortable and provide one with just enough back support to sit for a long time enjoying conversation with friends and family. The bottoms come with a smooth plastic covering so you don't have to worry about scratching your floors.
