I originally purchased a different harness, which I will now be returning because this one is perfect! I have a 25 pound Boston Terrier so it can be difficult to find a harness that fits her neck and chest properly. I always measure first and follow the size chart, which is accurate for this harness based on my purchase. The previous harness I purchased was also adjustable and I followed the size chart after measuring for it as well but it ended up being too loose in the neck and too tight in the chest for my dog even when fully adjusted. The bonus is that this harness is adorable in design and much lighter than the other harness. I purchased this harness in the Looking Sharp pattern (cactus pattern) and a size Large. The fact that it is reversible is a plus as well! Would highly recommend this harness, especially if you own an “oddly shaped” dog like mine. Well worth the money; no complaints! ... show more

The fit is xl. My Frenchie girl is 30lbs and VERY muscular! She's lean but strong so I hope this helps other frenchie, bulldog or Boston, frenchton mamas....The material is very soft and light. It matches well with a black leash if you have one and don't prefer to buy the leash that goes to the set like me( I like to be a wee different) fits comfortably around the base of her neck so not tight and cumbersome! I love the pattern.... so fun for summer! ... show more

You cannot adjust the harness size around the neck unfortunately. For that reason didn’t fit my mini doodle and I had to return. The print was super cute tho!
