This tie is so pretty and tied up with a nice knot looking so handsome on my 10 year old. It's a good length and can fit a larger boy just fine. It's a nice width giving just the right amount of color to his suit. My son wore it to a wedding as these colors matched his cousin's color scheme. The bride had flowers embroidered into her gown in similar colors. It made for a lovely look for him to match. Originally, my all boy of a young man didn't want such a flowery tie, but with a matching pocket square and a grey linen suit, he agreed he looked really good for a wedding. I like the quality of the cotton, it is tight weave and thick with a good print of colors. We were able to find the matching pocket square in another listing and appreciate the affordable pricing, it is a very good value. This tie was much more comfortable for him to wear over a clip on and much more attractive than a pre-tied elastic band one. My 10 year old is 55" tall, wears size 12, and the double tied tie came to his belt with a good size back tail. It is the perfect size tie, not very much smaller than a man's tie, yet a perfect fit for a young man.
