  • Labeled parts + well written instructions = moderately easy assembly.
Size: 6 x 5 x 15'/10 x 10"
Surprisingly clear instructions make assembly pretty clear, if not easy. PROS: Very detailed and well written instructions for a foreign manufactured product. This can be assembled to form a 5x15 or a 10x10 enclosure, and they're rather well delineated in the instructions. All the tubing is labeled with small stickers to show what goes where, making assembly a lot easier than I feared it would be. No parts were missing. The tubing diameter is smaller than what is generally used in a free standing chain link fence but seems appropriate for this task. All tubes are powder coated. CONS: The box is damn heavy. This would be easier with two people, but I managed. Make no mistake, this will take a while to completely assemble, mostly all the twisting the steel wires ties to hold the fencing to the framework. SUGGESTIONS: Follow the directions and be sure to roll out the chain link on a flat surface as they suggest. In shipping various bits of the fencing turn, come unhooked, etc. Much easier to do this when the fencing is rolled out, then moved into place. This will take one person several hours to complete, but I wasn't frustrated with missing parts or indecipherable instructions! Tools: Wheelbarrow: great for lugging the box, and also for moving the roll up fencing when prepping it for installation. Vise-Grips and Channellocks: I used several different types of pliers to work with the chain link. These two were most helpful. Phillips screwdriver: Need a hefty one to cinch down the various screws Socket wrench: Believe I used a 7/16th socket to mount the gate latch. Only two nuts in this entire kit. Zip ties: These were very helpful to temporarily hold the chain link in place. Use some! ... show more

  • Zero stars. Negative stars. Stars yeeted into the sun.
Size: 6 x 5 x 15'/10 x 10"
This thing showed up at my house looking like it was built out of recycled soda cans and wishful thinking. The materials are so flimsy my goats laughed at it — and they chew on everything, including the siding of my barn. There is no universe where this is safe for a large dog unless your dog is made of marshmallows and good intentions. And the return process? Oh, buckle up. Even if the box is sitting there untouched like a sad cardboard monument to regret, you’re still expected to pay return shipping. OR — and this is where the comedy turns tragic — they’ll happily take $114 out of your refund if they send you a prepaid label. Their “solution” was a tiny 10% discount, as if that magically transforms cheap, wobbly nonsense into something usable. Save yourself the headache. Order from Home Depot or Lowe’s and you’ll get something that doesn’t collapse if a stiff breeze looks at it wrong. This product is a hard pass from Goathill Farm. ... show more

  • It's exactly what I wanted! It's exactly what I wanted!
Size: 6 x 5 x 15'/10 x 10"
I'm usually home and my 3 dogs are with me most of the time. I wanted something large enough that my 3 could stay in when I had to leave, so I bought this. I did buy a sun tarp so they would have shade, and artificial turf, so they weren't lying down on the dirt. The only problem I had it was missing screws and I had to go to my local hardware store and buy more. The rods that are woven into chain link were a little bent, but my nephew was able to straighten them out. The only thing I wish they had more of are the fence ties, I ended up buying more of those as well. Other than that, it's great! ... show more

  • Better than expected - great value! Looks like $1,000 bucks/costs $200.
Size: 6 x 5 x 15'/10 x 10"
My husband just got this product up yesterday and so far, so good. We got 2 new puppies for Christmas (SURPRISE) and needed a better, fence-in-the-front-door type set up to aid in the potty training of our puppies. We've set this up in a 15x15 V configuration that adjoins to the house (screwed into the brick) making a perfect square. The fencing looks so tight and professional, it looks how I would expect it to look if I paid a professional to do it. I'm certainly impressed with the outcome. --- I almost didn't buy this because of other reviews about how the fencing wasn't perfectly woven; this was true, but wrapping the pieces back together was no big deal and now it looks flawless. Another thing people talked about was how it's easier to use zip ties; that may also be true, but if you want the fence to be really tight and sturdy, get out your pliers, take a few extra minutes and use the metal pieces that came with it. One thing I would say is it does take some work and muscle (especially for 1 person) and a couple hours to get it set up, but totally worth it. --- I'll follow up soon with photos. ... show more

  • Thought they'd be ideal but....
Size: 6 x 5 x 15'/10 x 10"
The frame is easy enough for one person to assemble. Wrapping the chain link, however, takes at least 4 decently strong people. The biggest downside: it most definitely IS NOT strong enough to keep strong, stubborn dogs from barreling right through. The links along the bottom absolutely must be tied with the wire pieces AND at least 2 zip ties at every single link in order to properly secure, not periodically as instructions state. So if your dogs are strong enough (one of ours is a 4 month old pit puppy who was plenty strong enough) they can barrel right through without hesitation. So unless I spend *more* money & come up with some sort of concoction to solidify the bottom, I wasted money on 2 kennels that really aren't suitable for any dog beyond the size of a Chihuahua. Smh. ... show more

  • It was a bad, costly choice in the end.
Size: 6 x 5 x 15'/10 x 10"
i bought this dog pen as a chicken run. With the addition of wrapping in Hardware cloth, it makes a great protective environment for my chickens. at half the cost of welded wire....it's an economical choice for chickens. way. cheaper than building a wood and wire chicken run. it's relativce easy to assemble except that chain link is uniquely dificult to work with. but it's a great value. So here is an update: I changed my rating from 5 to 2. It was a 5 buying, and assemble ing the pole frame. At that point it slipped to a 2! The chain link was rolled up and it took a very long frustrating 2 hours to unroll it. The links grab each other. In addidtion it unravels so you have to spend a lot of time fixing that. THEN you are supposed to WRAP the chain link around the poles. FORGET it . I got the chain link to stretch alMost 3/4 around and that was all I could get no matter what I did. I had to use hardware cloth to fill the empty space. The door ends up being about an 18” space after you add the hardware and that grabs clothes going in and out. I’ve used it and I hate it so I’m taking it down and replacing it. It was a bad choice so a costly one for me. ... show more

  • Perfect for my two small dogs
Size: 120.0"L x 60.0"W x 48.0"H
I'm a 50 year old woman and I assembled this by myself IN my house in sections then took it outside and slapped it together I'd say it took about 2 1/2 hours. I did not have any difficulty putting this together nor following the instructions. I did take the advice of other reviewers and use cable ties instead of the enclosed wires to tie the fencing to the poles. I felt that it would be a safer option for my small dogs then a wire poking them by accident. I also put a 5 x 10 cover on it the next day and it fit perfect. As far as escaping...hmm well they haven't got out once but not for the lack of trying. I ended up removing about 5 links at the end to make it a real tight fit there is no gaps or lose fencing. If you just put the fence on as is it will be too lose and they will be able to push through it along the edges. I was happy with the quality for the price I paid. ... show more

  • JUNK! WASTE OF MONEY!
Size: 6 x 5 x 15'/10 x 10"
CHEAP GARBAGE! The chain link is thin bendy aluminum or something NOT strong. My dog literally ripped the fence from the frame at the bottom in SECONDS and got out. So we added more ties to it (we had to BUY more it didn't come with enough) and then when she couldn't get out the bottom she just ripped a hole in the cheap chain link stuff and went out the side. TWICE. The frame, when put together is rickety - and we paid a professional to do it, this was not a back yard husband put-together so the rickety condition is not the fault of us. Another thing the chain link came in this roll that was all mashed up together so badly that untwisting it was nearly impossible and the edges even when connected to the frame were all snarly and ghetto looking. All I can say is that this was an EPIC WASTE OF MONEY! We basically THREW AWAY the cost of this junk and ended up having to buy a good quality one from a real dog - kennel place. If you have hard dogs like GSD, Pittys, Rotties, or ANY Big dog, unless they are totally respectful of a kennel/fence DO NOT BUY THIS. ... show more
