It all came packed together very well. I was able to assemble it by myself. It is heavy, the box weighs over 70lbs. I laid it on its side and put the roof on and then the wheels and stood it up, it was easier than struggling with all of the sides with it in an upright position. The instructions only have a few pictures, but they work well enough, and not that this matters to me, but they did come in English. Setup was surprisingly fast, it took 8 bolts and 8 nuts and it comes with all of the necessary tubing. The crate is half assembled in the sense that it is in a "pop-up" construction similar to how a wite crate would build, but the roof is detached, that is held on by those 8 nuts and bolts. The bottom of each panel has pre-done bolts that are welded together for a hinge action. They look small, but when assembled it seems sturdy enough. The wheels also lock and function properly and just screw in. The latches arrived in working order, they do stick a little, but in the grand scheme of things they look fairly sturdy. I like the addition of the food bowl door. The only thing I do not like, the tray is not one large tray, but two smaller trays. I would strongly suggest putting something under the crate if you are worried about accidents. I will update again if I have any issues with it, I just received and assembled it today.

These crates are the best ever. We have 2 of the 46 inch and 1 of the 38 inch. Our dogs are 62 lb boxer staffy mix, 53 lb lab bully mix and a 22 lb cocker spaniel. The big dogs chew on everything, but they have not been able to bust out of these. We foster from time to time, and have placed fosters into these crates. Huskies have not even been able to break out. My sister is looking for a crate as she is getting another dog. I sent her straight for these crates! She is very pleased and happy with how they have held up for our crew. As we have big dogs, these are big crates. If your dog is not a chewer, you can lay a blanket across the top and use it as a folding table. We have set cat beds on top, the cats lounge there as well. These crates are HEAVY! Be prepared to get help lifting them, however the wife was able to assemble both crates on her own. The dual trays make it a little easier to clean the trays in our shower

This really is a wonderful kennel. It is very easy to assemble, it's sturdy, and maneuverable. It comes with three security clips (should come with four, as there are four latches). We have a four yr. old rescue GSD, which we've had since mid-May. He was found on the street, so there is no backstory to him. He LOVES his "apartment." HOWEVER.... he does have "trigger events," and they involve lawn equipment, usually, or vacuums (fireworks, too). This dog goes next-level crazy. In fact, his vet says it's "above his pay grade," and has referred a behaviorist. He absolutely destroyed his previous kennel (the usual wire one with the pan in the bottom). We'd secured all corners, doors, EVERYWHERE with 100lb zip ties. He bent the frame and wiggled out of it. His snout and nail beds were bloody and he broke a bottom canine. I came home to a blood bath - it was all over the floors, doors, walls in the house. That's why I bought this kennel. Anyway... he had a "trigger event" in the Luckup while I was at work. He broke the steel security clips. He bent the latches (we had to reshape them in order to open the door). He mangled the metal sign on the outside of the kennel. How is beyond me. He didn't escape, but he hurt his mouth and bloodied it. This by no means detracts from the quality of the kennel. I'm just saying that if you have a dog with SEVERE anxiety and your dog does not care if it hurts itself, you may end up with some unexpected issues. Regarding the sign, we removed it, used a grinder to remove / smooth the tack welds so Bruno - should he freak out again - wouldn't cut his mouth on those tiny, sharp dots. I got small, keyed brass locks to use instead of clips. I figure regardless of the brand, (steel or aluminum) he will break them, and the last thing we need is another broken tooth / dental work. Our lawn crew agreed to wait until I get home from work to do our yard. It gives me a chance to let him out to potty and to medicate / sedate him. He's now on anti-anxiety meds daily, so we're hoping we can get him out of his "loop" and help him feel happier and more confident in his fur (he has pretty bad separation anxiety in general, too). I priced the military grade "high anxiety" dog kennel - the one that looks like it's made for Hannibal Lector - and for Bruno's size, it would set us back over $1,500 (including shipping). But I see why the sides are flat with holes for air flow - the dog can't bite bars, the snout can't reach anything, and I'm guessing the gauge of metal is such that a very strong and determined dog can't bend or distort it. Bruno's left plenty of teeth marks in the powder coat / paint on this kennel. I don't leave a bed or towel or anything with him during the day. It would give him something to destroy if he gets upset. At night, though, he gets his bed and absolutely loves sleeping in there. This kennel is great because I can put place him inside during the day and he will be kept safe from causing great harm to himself. Now that the lawn crew has adjusted our schedule, we haven't had any issues, thank goodness, while I'm at work and Bruno hasn't damaged his mouth on the latches or locks. If you have an escape artist with no anxiety issues, this is definitely the dream kennel you want, hands down.

This kennel is perfect for our Husky! He is too strong for other kennels with slim wire. He chews them up and tries to escape. We’ve had this kennel for almost 4 months now and it’s still holding up! He hasn’t even tried to chew on the bars. Which I’m very grateful for because I worry about his teeth. There’s more than enough room for him to move around and he’s much more calm and at home in her personal space. This kennel was very easy to put together. It arrived in great condition with all the parts. It also looks very nice and matches the color of our stair railing. Only thing that my dog doesn’t like are the gaps between the bars on the floor of the kennel. I need to get him a full sized kennel floor mat but he manages with his current Costco dog bed. The trays below really help with all the kibble he spills everywhere and makes it easier to clean.

I have only had the thing for a month and my dog has managed to crack a couple bolts and strip the screws holding the door lack on. Which is extremely disappointing because I had planned to purchase two more kennels for my two other dogs. But I cannot return it because she has destroyed her previous kennel causing it to be deemed a safety risk for her and her brothers. I expected better quality for the price I paid. My dogs have severe separation anxiety and are known to become destructive without proper supervision. Even worse than that they are fight risk and I live in a camper trailer so breaking out is a definite possibility one has already proven it. Set up was fairly simple despite setting up solo but I made sure everything was good and secure. I gave it a fair chance know for a fact if the malfunction wasn't caused by me and how I set it up and now I'm sure that I did everything as I was supposed to. I was sceptical when purchasing this product because I am aware of my dogs physical and intellectual capabilities as I suppected I was right to worry that the product wouldn't deliver what was promised. So I'm back to having to make absolutely certain the structural stability is still holding up and nothing else is close to or able to break off fall in or potentially grant her ability to escape so she can come find where I disappeared to. In our home town that wasn't as large of a concern if she wondered off looking for me we knew most the townspeople and I would receive a phone call or someone would bring her home. The population of the city we live in now is quadruple that in which we are used to the only people we know here is family members with a severe dog allergy and extensive health issues and a friend who is unable to drive let alone chase after her. I work about 30 minutes away from home 6 days a week and it wasn't a major concern to have her kenneled until he had to leave state for a while to deal with family stuff and I don't have anyone else to help so logically I decided to upgrade the security measures. I hate to say it but regret this purchase and if I could demand a refund because I have had to improvise and treat this "top quality" paper weight like another wire kennel from Walmart, but unfortunately this is the only thing I have because I believed it would actually work. On the bright side delivery was as scheduled, recommended precautions where displayed to prevent injury during relocation of package, and all the parts and tools required for assembly were provided. I wish I had a positive review for this product because I desperately needed it and my expectations where extremely high but I'm completely disappointed.

I got this kennel for my 2 month old husky German Shepard mix. She’s small now, but I needed something she can grow into. The reason I went with this one and not just a cheap kennel is because she has pretty severe separation anxiety. I’m trying my best to train her out of it now while she’s young, but I have a deep down inside feeling it’s gonna be a lasting struggle with her. So with that being said I needed something strong and durable as she ages and grows. This things heavy, I’m glad it had casters on the bottom, it makes moving it around easy. The casters also have locks on them so it doesn’t roll around while she’s inside causing a scene. Assembly was tricky. I did it alone, having a second person would be beneficial and helpful. A tip for anyone assembling it themselves, get yourself a rope or string so you can tie the folding sides together while you get the top put into place. Otherwise assembly is pretty easy, just 8 bolts total that go on top and then the casters on the bottom. Everything else is already put together. So far it seems really durable. I think this kennel will hold up pretty well years down the line. The only issue I have with it is the latches. They’re kinda…meh. I feel like my dog will be able to figure them out pretty quickly. I’m gonna have to brainstorm a better way to latch it, because I know it’s not gonna last long before she figures them out. Aside from that, it’s great. I can’t really use it for her at the moment. I tried putting her in and observing how she did in it, and on the back side (opposite of the door) the space between the two bars on the end is bigger than the rest of it all. It also just so happens to be big enough for her to put her head through and get stuck. That was a big panic lol. Luckily I was able to get her head back through rather quickly. So I’m holding off putting her in it for at least another few weeks when she’ll grow big enough that can’t happen anymore. I’m glad I put her in to observe for a few minutes and didn’t just leave her for a few hours and left the house. That could’ve potentially been bad if I had.
