  • Finally Fort Knox for Houdini Beagle Mix
Size: 38 INCH Color: Dark Silver
My dog is a Houdini at escaping crates, collars, harnesses, you name it he escapes it. But not this crate. He is finally contained when I'm not home. Good boy when I'm home, destructive tornado when I'm not due to his separation anxiety (he was adopted from a shelter). He's 33 lbs and he happily goes in and chills when I'm home and when it's time to get locked in no hesitation. Easy to put together, takes about 10 minutes. It's sturdy and well designed, but easy to move with the wheels and locks into place. It's everything it promised to be. I'm happy, dog is happy. Worth every penny. ... show more

  • Two-Person Assembly Recommended
Size: 38 INCH Color: Dark Silver
You can get this assembled with one person, but it is quite difficult. I recommend having a second person to hold the top and sides while you bolt it down. Our dog is an escape artist and has broken out of many a kennel. This one however, has been impervious to all the dog's breakout attempts. As a result our dog is now calm in the kennel at night and understands it's a place to settle down and sleep. This kennel has allowed my husband and I to go on dates and not worry that the dog will hurt itself or destroy our home while we're gone. It was recommended to us by a trainer and we highly recommend this kennel for anyone who needs a sturdy and safe kennel for their dog. ... show more

  • No more escaping!
Size: 38 INCH Color: Dark Silver
I purchased this for my Terrier escape artist! Not only did it end his career as "the escape artist" but it looks nice, locks good, more room for comfort, very sturdy, easy to clean, and I like that you can move it easily with the wheels on the bottom! I definitely recommend this crate!

  • Solid, Escape Proof
Size: 46 INCH Color: Dark Silver
There is only one short coming with an otherwise 5 star product. There is too much spacing between bars on the floor. It is not comfortable for my large dog to walk on. We placed a large plastic tray on the bottom of the cage purchased from Amazon which almost went wall to wall. Ours is the large size 47" cage. It was suprising easy to assemble. Two of the bars had dents but this was not a problem for us. ... show more

  • Destructo dog finally met her match!
Size: 38 INCH Color: Dark Silver
Quick shipping and delivery and was easy to assemble! It did take two people for assembly. 1 to hold the sides up and together until the bolts were put in place so they wouldn't fall back down and one to actually install the bolts, but it only took 5-10 min to do. Super sturdy with bars that will not be easily chewed or forced apart or opened. I have been through several different crates trying to keep my destructive pitt mix with serperation anxiety safe when she's alone and from causing hundreds of dollars in damages to my home. (This dog literally tore the vinyl siding of the back of my house from the porch all the way up to the roof after being left outside for 30 min while we went to the store and has ate through the sheet rock on 2 different walls in the house! Plus other things!) She gets in and out of this crate with ease being that she is 9 years old with arthritis that was very important to us. The only thing I wish was different is the bars used for the lock pull completely out when not in the locked position so we have to reinstall them each time. Overall it is a great crate for destructive pets with bad anxiety and I would definitely recommend. ... show more

  • Awesome
Size: 42 INCH Color: Dark Silver
Very heavy duty. I do not have to worry about my babies in their "rooms." I bought 4 of these for our 4 Siberian Huskies.

  • Very well made
Size: 38 INCH Color: Dark Silver
This was easy to assemble, the rollers are quiet and roll/lock easily. The door locks are effective. I was able to put the tray inside the crate during assembly, which I prefer. The only problem is that it looks like my "medium" pound puppy's going to be a large, so I'll have to size up, and the larger size wont fit through our doors, so the rollers will be less useful. I'd absolutely recommend this, glad I bought it. ... show more

  • Solved our problem
Size: 42 INCH Color: Dark Silver
This crate is what we needed. We have a lab mix who we adopted at age 4. For a year she was just fine in the house while we are gone (which is not often since I stay home with the kids). But one day in the spring she freaked out when we were out of the house and tore a huge hole in our wall by the back door. We made sure to get her out more with more exercise and everything seemed fine until the following spring when she did it again. And she also tore up a few trim pieces around the house. And then again the spring after that. We decided we couldn't handle the potential damage anymore so we tried some crates. She hated them so much and would destroy them and could get out of some of them. So we talked to our vet about trying some different anti-anxiety meds while trying out this new crate. We got the more expensive version because there was a scary review about the other latch type offered. So we went with the sturdier latch type. The vet recommended covering it with a sheet or something so it would feel cozy like a cave, she said dogs like that better. We did that and put a pet bed in it and put it in our living room where we all hang out. We left the door open for a week or so. I never saw her go in there, but could tell she was when we were away because there were drool spots in there. Then we started putting her in there 15 minutes at a time when we were in the room with her. Then longer. Then finally short periods while we were away. (All while she was on the meds). She seemed to do fine with it. She was obviously chewing on it quite a bit at first while we were away, but seemed ok when we came home. She goes in there without protest and it off the meds now. She does do a heavy bit of chewing on the bars if we are gone too long, so we have someone come by and let her out for a bit if we are gone longer than 5 hours. She did rip up the sheet we had on it though, by pulling it in and ripping it up, so that part is now gone. But maybe it helped at first. We now have a carpet piece in the bottom and also her bed (which she did tear up, but is half in tact so we leave it). And also we bought a small water dish that attaches to the bars with some little wire holders so she has some water that she won't spill. (The wires don't hold it well, so we also just duck taped it a bit). Overall this was an expensive purchase, but well worth it. She can go in it a couple hours while we are gone, and we don't have to be terrified of the next time she destroys a wall or some trim. It also can be partially disassembled to fold down and be taken with us if we take her to someone else's house with us for a weekend or something. ... show more
