I got this as a playpen to provide a safe enclosure for an energetic new kitten to socialize with everyone (humans and older cats) in the living room. It is absolutely perfect for that. The main space has lots of room for toys, blankets, and dishes with plenty of zoom and pounce clearance, and the little tunnel lets her run and explore without feeling confined. The mesh is sturdy and see-through which enables the older cats in the house to investigate and even play with the baby but not get at the coveted kitten food. The structure pops right back into place when one of the bigger cats jumps on it and the zippers are all smooth and easy to manipulate with a squirming kitty in one hand. Bottom mat seems waterproof too, which helps for cleaning up spills or kitten accidents. It's not for small spaces even with the tunnel detached, but that just means there's plenty of space for the kitten to run off her energy without worrying about her getting lost or hurt. ... show more

What a great way to contain your cat and let him enjoy the great outdoors. There are a couple different ways to configure it and keep things interesting. Easy to assemble, durable, colorful and affordable. Our kitty just loves it.

This is a great item for my kittens. They love it and can be outside safely. Folding it back up is kind of hard to do if you want to put it in n the round case. I was so impressed with it for my kittens that I ordered another one( to connect and make a bigger playground). But....I received a used and defective one unfortunately (the wire was bent so it would not stand up correctly) Sent back and ordered another one. It was also defective ( zipper problem). What are the odds. Anyway thinking of giving them one more chance because my first one is perfect. One of the best, if not THE best, purchases we’ve made for our cat. We’ve had it for over a year now and our cat uses it daily. Shes never been able to scratch through the mesh even though she has tried. We take her outside in it, so she can safely see the birds and get some fresh air. My cats did not love this at first....especially not outside. I put it up inside and I can't get my male cat out. Great product for a great price. It's very durable and high quality. The size is perfect for bigger cats.

They love it! I like that the floor of it isn't mesh, so their nails don't get stuck in it. It needs something with a little weight inside to keep the wind from moving it around and spooking them, so the zipper door on the top is perfect. Makes it easy to lay a rug down inside. The width of the tunnel is a little narrower than I expected (11" diameter) so keep that in mind if you have huge cats. I like the colors, and how flat it folds up so it will be easy to put in a closet over winter. Recommended! Glad I got it. ... show more
