Don’t get me wrong, these bowls are adorable. However, for my 4 mo kitten they are way too deep and overall too large. I wish the bowls would have sat higher and been more shallow, as I worry about the neck strain and whisker fatigue these may cause. I attached a picture with my hand to show the size, I am a 20 y/o female for reference. Also, due to the slant that they sit at I couldn’t imagine these holding a lot of water, if that’s what you need it for.

I love these bowls, my 8 week old kitten can easily eat out of them already. (so you may want to elevate them a bit for a older cat if they don't like bending down) My favorite thing is simply how easy the bowls can be popped out and in. Both for cleaning and just rapidly trying to get the food away from my older cats attempting to steal it when I forget to put it away.

The water dish is difficult to remove and only holds a very small amount of water. Not sure if there’s been a any impact on improving my cat’s GI system.
