I bought this for my daughter's bed, which is a little too firm for her taste. I did have to buy a cover for it, as it doesn't come with one, but given the price, it's not a big deal. After a couple nights, I asked my daughter how it was, and she LOVED it. I laid on it for a little bit, and have to agree that it's comfortable. LOL now my wife is asking me to get one for our bed! I saw some posts about smell, and have to say, it didn't even have a smell immediately out of the package. Just to be safe though, I left it in a ventilated room for 48 hours, as the instructions stated. No one can smell anything, even when it was "airing out". Definitely worth the money!

I used it for the first night and was ready to box it up the next morning to return it. I slept hot and the smooshy feel I thought was TOO much. I had one of those "egg carton" toppers I was using prior to this purchase. So I put this topper on first, then the egg carton-these circulate air and I slept better. I still wanted to give it more time. Now it's been over a week and I'm not as hot, I love the softness of the bed and my back aches have significantly decreased to almost gone. So give it some time, try a egg carton topper. I'm also going to see if "cooling sheets" help. I look forward to my sleeps each night now.

When I tell you that sleep hit different on a Lucid mattress topper—it hit different! I have never fallen asleep so quickly in my life, and I find that I go into deeper sleep way quicker than dealing with just a stiff mattress. I’ve been seeing a lot of mixed reviews about this product, but from my experience of buying it twice (I forgot to bring it to college and loved it too much to go without it for the semester), I have zero complaints. It arrived in great condition and had no defects. The discoloration is already explained by Lucid to be an oxidizing effect, so I wasn’t surprised that happened about a week into getting it. But seriously, I would suggest giving this a try if you’ve been looking for a good mattress topper.

Yes this product is like sleeping on the clouds but if you are older or you don’t like Sinking into a hole that you can’t get out of this mattress topper is not for you. Once you are in the bed and you fall asleep which I do quickly, you can’t move or turn over. For those who like to sleep that way it’s an absolutely wonderful topper and I would say go for it. But I am elderly and me trying to get out of my bed is very difficult in the morning.. other than that I didn’t see any other issues with the mattress I let it lay out 48 hours as instructed and it perfectly inflated to what it should look like.

Normally I like a medium to firmer mattress, but not while I am pregnant! I was happy with my current mattress until I was pregnant, when I had to sleep on my side much more and I am much more sensitive now. Following advice of a friend I decided on this topper because of the reviews, some of which mentioned that this topper works best if you have a firmer mattress. Take da! They weren't kidding. I bought a 3" Full Size topper and I am happy to say I am not disappointed. I have a much better sleep and this was definitely worth the money as a health investment. Side note, my fitted silk sheet still fits over the mattress and topper, so that's a plus that I don't have to go buy a new sheet set just for this.

The item was shipped promptly and delivered as same as best I can remember. It fits the bed perfectly. It lays still... it never moves lol. It appears to be as comfortable as the others I've had in the past. To be honest there's only so much you can say about memory foam and I feel as though I've covered the entire Spectrum... as far as I know I would purchase this item again.

Super comfortable, I never want to get out of bed. I have the 3inch but the 2inch would have been fine as well. The only downside is a couple sets of sheets didn’t fit with the topper on the mattress but that was a good excuse to get some new sheets too. Put on top of a firm mattress makes the bed a lot softer but still has some of the firmness from the mattress, I don’t think I would like it as much if I didn’t have a firm mattress. I don’t feel like I notice the “cooling” part but honestly didn’t expect to. Overall very comfortable and worth the money.

Bought this for a trip to Alaska to put in semi when I knew would be staying in small uncomfortable bed for 2 weeks, loved it made a world of difference. It was more comfortable in semi then 2 different motel beds! Can't go wrong for price considering getting a king for my bed at home! Highly recommend
