This topper is amazing and if you are still wavering on buying it, DO IT. I have shoulder and hip issues, and this topper literally holds you up. It's like sleeping on a soft pillow for your whole body. My husband and I both love it. I wish I'd bought it sooner. It does make your bed higher....4 inches doesn't sound like a lot, but if your bed is already pretty high off the ground, this will make it a bit of a challenge to hike yourself onto. I love this cover. To make it easy to enclose your mattress topper, I placed it flat on my queen bed. Zipped open, enclosed from east to west angle (not top to bottom -north-south), placing inside by completely making sure one side was filled with the topper by sliding back and forth until topper met the first corners of the topper completely; then pulling topper material back and forth side to side until the topper was completely inserted, making sure ends filled the corners comfortably to its edges. Then zipping was simple. Recommend highly placing your topper flat on top of bed. Since I had this task myself this was the only way I could do it. And it is really easier this way and had no trouble. The material soft and now my topper can be encased and protected. Seller sent fast, however, I forgot to select packing in Amazon box; it came as is in the plastic with label for all to see. Recommend this product and price was reasonable considering how a queen topper and/or cover is sold as I looked around for the best offer for the time in several other stores. Another feature of this cover, you can machine wash it. I would not dry it on high heat either. Also. it is comfortable, not itchy, scratchy material like some products are. ... show more

I had a topper that was too soft. When I read the reviews on this one I was skeptical. I ordered it anyway, based on some of the better reviews and I am very pleased with this product. My back is fused and I needed it to work. After it had its first 48 hours to do what it was supposed to, I got the best night of sleep I have had in a long time. I’m glad I bought it. My back is feeling much better. I’m sleeping better. The topper is firm , but not too firm. As far as temperature goes, I tried a nice topper mattress cover, but ended up removing it. Because the cooling gel seemed to be hindered . I find this mattress topper to be a comfortable temperature all on it on. I have not been disappointed, it’s definitely worth every penny I paid for it just for the sleep. My back is getting supported the way I need. That’s what I needed more than anything.And the places that needed that extra point of comfort I got. ... show more

The cover had grip on bottom and was fairly soft on top, seemed like it was going to be quite nice. The issue is that I didn’t have the chance to use it until the day before the return window closed on here and when I went to put it on the mattress topper the zipper ripped out right as it was closed. I messaged the seller through this app since I still had one day to return the item but getting it off the topper would destroy the cover and might damage the topper also. It’s been several days and they haven’t responded, I went ahead and removed the cover from the mattress topper, fortunately the mattress topper wasn’t destroyed but the cover was ruined as expected. I was hoping for a replacement since the item failed during the return window and I did notify the seller and request guidance in that time period but have yet to hear back from them. ... show more

I really think having a cover for my urethane foam mattress topper is important. And I'm glad I bought the combined offer of 2" pad and 2" cover. Later when I looked at the LUCID cover only offering there was a "frequently" returned item warning for the LUCID cover (only). I see why..fabric is good /fit is good/ finishing around zipper sloppy. Mine caught once but i was able to un snag it. I will keep it but if I wash it I will do with care..maybe in a a lingerie bag to make sure it doesn't get too tossed around. ... show more
