When I received it, it came as described and appeared to be built of good quality. On my vehicle, alternator replacement is not simple. As the axle and several other parts must be removed in order to install the alternator. Paid a a mechanic $570 for the install, which was the cheapest price quoted. Once installed, it charges great. One issue, the alternator is loud, it has a loud whining sound. The built tensioner cannot be adjusted. I cannot afford to take it out and put in a replacement at this point. Unless to seller is willing to pay for the cost of the mechanic. I will be reaching out to the seller to see their response and will followup. ... show more
