Well, I will say that the majority of the reviews are spot on. It’s a SOB to install especially if ur in a tight spot. I specifically wanted a 1 piece toilet and in CA the options are few without breaking the bank. I’d have to say ladies make sure ur hubby is somewhat knowledgeable & that u can put up with his b!tchin & moaning bcuz this can easily turn into a professional install if the other half isn’t handy. Also make sure ur measuring the distance from the rough to where ur heater inlet is, I can see how many people overlook that in their research when shopping. Had I not read the reviews, it woulda never dawned on me to cross reference Home Depot nor would I have gone to visit the dang manufacturer’s website! Makes me feel silly admitting that but hey, this is what reviews are for. The caps that cover the sides (where u shove ur hands to tighten the bolts) don’t sit flush like I read in a review but I’m sure with a little heat or maybe dipped in hot water they can easily be formed. It’s not a big deal to me, it’s really not that noticeable. The dual flush is not really a big difference either but the flush is really QUIET!!! The tank doesn’t tank long to fill and again WHISPER QUIET! I’m happy with the outcome & I’d definitely use this style in the future. Can’t say much about the manufacturer but if I run into problems I’ll be sure to update. So again…. If ur handy and can get into tight spots u can easily install this toilet. Otherwise, ladies u will need to hire a handyman to complete this job!

I did a lot of research on toilets before I decided on this model. I loved the look and function of it and was excited to install it when it arrived. Most of the reviews I read said that this would be easy and everything needed, such as a new wax ring and hardware, were included in the box. With the help of some friends, I set upon installing a new toilet for the first time. Let me say, it was not that easy. Here is why: (1) the toilet is quite heavy and due to the design a little tricky to get a good grasp on and lift. You must lift and carry from the bottom of the toilet and then make sure to line up with the bolts when you want to install. (2) The bolts are completely covered by the toilet so you will need pretty small hands to get in there and tighten them, plus a lot of patience to make sure you're able to get a grip on the bolts with a wrench. (3) The design of the toilet also makes it difficult to remove/reinstall the toilet seat. I wanted to put a bidet seat on, but since I did not do that before installing the toilet, found it incredibly difficult to remove, so did not even bother. (4) Attaching the water line is also difficult because of the streamline design of the toilet. In fact, this is the reason I took off one star. After I attached the water line to the toilet, I was unable to turn the water valve back on because there was not enough space between the valve and the toilet. After I re-read the instruction manual, I saw a note that said the water valve should be at least 7.5" away from the center of the flange, which means it should sit to the side of the toilet. THIS WAS NOT MADE CLEAR ANYWHERE ON THE PAGE DESCRIPTION FOR THIS TOILET. My waterline/valve is probably only about 4" from the center of the flange on the wall so when I went to turn it back on, the valve was blocked by the back of the toilet. I was really upset that after fully installing the toilet, I was unable to use it or make it functional. The only option I had would have been to call a plumber to try and move the water line, which seemed like a huge and expensive hassle. I tried to find a work around to add an elbow pipe and extend the valve over a few inches, but that doesn't seem to exist. I contacted the manufacturer, and explained the issue with them and they did offer me some assistance. They were very responsive and I was pleased with the customer service. All in all, I would recommend this toilet as long as you have enough space to correctly install it. It is really attractive, would be easy to keep clean and the toilet seat doesn't slam shut. I am really bummed it did not work out for me.

Very nice stools! I would have ordered with a higher back but these work beautifully! I never had a flusher on the top but they have lots of power! We bought two!! They really do stay cleaner!❤️

Delivery driver delivered my package to the wrong address, fortunately HOROW has a top notch customer service team. Once I contacted customer service they assured me they would have my issue resolved asap, and my new toilet was on its way the next day after contacting them. This has been one of the best experience dealing with customer service on Amazon. I will update once I install the toilet.
