The media could not be loaded. I got this unit for our RV and I couldn’t be happier with it. Before getting this we were a little miserable on the hot days as our rv air unit doesn’t work. This was the perfect solution. I like this because when we aren’t using it in the rv we can easily move it to a different location. The wheels roll smoothly and easily. There is also a convenient handle for moving. My son uses it in his upstairs bedroom as the upstairs of our home doesn’t cool as well as the bottom floor. It does an amazing job at cooling the entire room and rv. Our rv is nearly 500 square feet and it cools the entire thing in under 30 minutes- it’s very powerful. It will keep the selected temperature steady. The performance is certainly worth mentioning. It also acts as a dehumidifier which has come in handy this summer. I feel this unit was the best choice as it acts as an air conditioner and dehumidifier as well as just a fan on days when the air conditioner isn’t needed. Being one unit it doesn’t take up a lot of room and also saves us money from purchasing the three things separately.     • LEAKS WATER EXTREMELY BADLY

I purchased this portable AC to use in my bedroom at my apartment. My AC is a wall AC in my living room but during the summer it is extremely difficult to effectively circulate the cool air. I thought this would solve all my problems. So when it arrived I made sure to read the entire owners manual to make sure I was using it correctly and to maximize the benefits. Unfortunately within a couple days I realized this portable AC was leaking A LOT of water out onto my floor. At first I thought, maybe I just attached the drainage hose incorrectly. But after a second read of the instruction manual and a few YouTube video tutorials I quickly realized that I did everything correctly when setting it up, the drainage hose was connected correctly, nothing else was open that could have allowed the water that quickly began saturating my floor. I had to use 8 towels to clean up the water on the floor EVERYDAY. My carpet was so wet that we had to do some water extraction on the carpet. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS. Also i was told it can’t be refunded or replaced. Even though it falls within the 30 day return/replace window. I have been an Amazon Prime member for over 10 years and this is the first time I’ve ever tried to return something and wasn’t able too. ... show more

Two months in, the functionality it just as great as the first day I got it. I use this on the second floor of my home and it cools it down within the hour. It’s extremely quiet, not as heavy as other portable ac units and the wheels roll much smoother than others too. The remote works also works well. The overall look is very pleasing and far from awkward. I am extremely happy with this purchase and will recommend it to others if they are in the market for one. ... show more

It works as expected as far as cooling the room. For anyone who has never used a floor unit like this, note that the exhaust tube gets warm enough to actually fight with the cold air so these are nowhere near as efficient as a window unit. Currently, mine is sitting on a table with the drainage tube running into a 1 gallon bucket to collect condensation runoff. I've already had to empty the bucket, it was completely full, and it's only been running for 3 hours. I also have a dehumidifier sitting right next to it running as well. It will do the job, but make sure you're setup to drain the runoff and definitely don't leave it running unattended. ... show more
