The only problem I have is that to turn the scooter on or off or adjust the speed, it is a little difficult to get to. i do prefer this to the larger one I have which is more accessible because this one stays on better.

It is as pictured, but I fear the snaps that close it will not hold up on the highway. It probably wasn't meant to resist highway winds, but I want it to protect the electronics while on my scooter lift as well. I can just secure it more heavily myself. For just tooling around it's great!

Works better than expected and does the job of protecting while exposing the HEADLIGHT & LED PANEL of my Senior Electric Scooter/Bike from external weather elements (rain, dust, etc.) through its clear transparent design.     • It's a bit flimsey, and zero padding.
It is a cover for any tiller type of mobility scooter. It fits my smartscoot well. i will get a pool noodle and use it for padding.

The best rain cover by far to protect scooter electronics! It fits well on the tiller, has 2 snaps, and hands fit underneath easily to reach control, which are visible. I've bought others, which were big and awkward, and slipped off. This one folds up small to fit in the bag behind the seat. The photo shows it wit the snaps in front and back.
