Imagine a half-shell motorcycle helmet that offers flow- through, ported ventilation to keep you cool on the hottest of days. The short peak and Twin Shield System drop down sunscreen will protect your eyes when the sun is in the horizon. The sun shield itself has a unique, two-stage adjustability: lock it 1/2 way for just a little shade, or full open for total sun protection. It's called "Freedom of choice." Our dual-density EPS meets or exceeds DOT standards. Finish it off with a DOT approved micrometric, quick release chin-strap, and you have all the convenience and comfort of a traditional motorcycle half helmet, but with the technology of the future. Love the LS2 Rebellion Helmet. I normally wear a medium size helmet and this medium size helmet fit perfectly. The air vent on top of helmet helps to ventilate head well. The quick release strap is very easy to use and far better than the old D type.

    • Great helmet!
Just used it once but i love it! Took 3 tries to get the right size. Started with XL and landed on Medium. Have worn 3/4 helmets for 3 years. My first half and it feels so much better. Its lighter, cooler, and I can hear a lot more.

    • SUPER mushroom head
The helmet is well made. The price point is there and esthetically it's pretty good. Not very heavy, the attached sun shade is a great idea (in my opinion) There's ample padding, straps and ratchet clip are great. The drawback for me, was the very high "Mushroom head " the helmet has. It just looked HUGE on my head. It fit well (size M) as per the size chart it was spot on! Just couldn't get past the Mushroom head. So I returned it the day I received it. I'm sure it's a fine helmet. Just not my look as far as style goes. ... show more

Though they run a bit large, I took that into consideration. The helmet is well-built and very comfortable. Very pleased with the purchase.

    • Great features in a light weight form
Cool air flow across the top of the head. Drop down visor. Ratchet chin strap, instead of D ring is ez to open/close even with gloves, yet remains secure when it should. Light weight, stabilizing design in the wind reduces buffeting and head bobble. I like it! And it's reasonably priced too

Size holds true to chart. Fit appropriately. Comfortable enough for the longer rides. Shades provide appropriate coverage. I am enjoying the quick release. Overall good purchase for a budget helmet.

I read everyone's reviews saying how large they run. So I bought a medium. I have to say I were XL in my Skull helmet and a Large in my Gmax full face helmet. So a medium fits snug in this half face. I'm bald so I always wear a bandana. Without it this helmet fits fine with the scarf a bit snug. I feel like I should order a large just to see the difference. So far wore it once on a small ride seemed ok. Can't seem to fine any instructions on how to make sun visor come down further than the brackets allow. Will.try it out and get back with you. ... show more

Visor was broke when I received. I assume during shipping but with that said Visor is cheap made. Helmet is nice and I like the fit.
