My complaint is more about the exchange/return process than the shoe itself. I ordered a size 8 M and found that it was snug and too narrow. I returned the shoes and exchanged them for 8 1/2 W. The shoe fits very well but I soon discovered that the shoe appeared to have been worn as evidenced by the light black marks on the soles and a small piece of food in a groove on the sole. I decided to keep the walking shoe as they are very comfortable, the width is now right except for a very inconsiderate individual. I did not exchange them again as I wondered what a third pair might be, but will more than likely not order shoes online again. ... show more

These shoes are comfortable, light n fit me well. The multicolored design allows me to wear them with a variety of clothes. While traveling I can take just this 1 pr of sneakers. I bought these because I had just bought the same shoe in a different color at a local discount store. They felt wonderful on my feet. They are super comfy after wearing them a whole day the trim started coming off of the pair that I bought at the local store. I was disappointed and hope that the ones that I had ordered would not do that but after wearing them a day, the trim already started coming off and this in the photo is what they look like after wearing them seven times. I bought these on prime day when they were only $50. I wasn’t expecting much at that price point. I just wanted something to replace the my sketchers which were worn out. When they arrived I took them out of the box and felt the inside to check for arch support. I was a little anxious to try them on because the sole felt hard. But oh my goodness, when I put these walking shoes on it felt like they were made for me. They are light weight, supportive and comfortable. I walk anywhere from 1-3 miles daily. Great value and got on sale super comfy great arch support tie box wide enough heel narrow enough. Suggest tapping heel into heel before tying sneakers better fit.

I had never worn this brand before but thought I would try them out. They are true to size ( I wear a 9W). The arch support is great, fit well, cushioning makes them comfortable for all day, & I would buy again.
