May 5, 2024 update. This is my third update. I’m still thrilled with this stuff. If I plan on leaving the house, I use it. I have NEVER had an issue with this product. Negative reviews should be questioned. I gently wash my face and wait until it is completely drys. Small dab on ring finger. Dab under eye and gently rub area until absorbed. Don’t wrinkle the area until it dries. I am 74 with slight bags and dark circles. Try it. You really don’t have anything to lose. Oct. 1st update…I just bought another tube because I want to make sure I have enough if it suddenly disappears like so many others things. This stuff is amazing!!!! Oct. 5, 2024…. I just saw a review that said their tube was a clear liquid. You should gently shake the tube before using. It sounds like it may have separated in the tube. That has happened to me too. Once it is shaken it will mix and be fine. I’ve been using this product for almost 2 years. I’m still100% happy with this product. Sept.18 update…I am still extremely happy with this product. I’ve been using it for about 6 weeks now. This has to be the best product for bags under the eye. I will continue to use this product. In fact I just put another tube in my Amazon cart. My only fear is they’ll run out. This stuff is great! I bought 1 tube and tried it. If you follow the directions you won’t have a problem. Some of the other brands tell you to dab it on gently but they always turn flakey. This brand tell you to gently rub it in. It works perfectly every time. This is the 3rd brand I've tried. The first two worked fine - they all take a little practice but this particular brand seems to work really well and it may just be because of my year's experience. The first two I tried were more expensive and I thought I'd try a cheaper one just to see what it would do esp when I read some great reviews. I have large bags so I spread more than some people would have to but not more than the pea size they recommend and I put it down lower than the baggy area and it smooths the wrinkles I have there above the cheeks. It's amazing how it works and probably if I put it on my cheeks it would completely smooth out those wrinkles but then I'd look plastic . You won't be sorry if you buy this and do work with it on clean dry skin, not over makeup and don't put makeup on top of it. I have dark circles too and that's just another issue as I put a light liquid fndtn in the corner of my eyes and pull it down to where the darkness is worst then I put this eye cream starting at the outer corner and pulling it over to just where the light fndtn is so they don't mix and that's the best I can do and today I looked so good I did not even need to wear my glasses. This cream widens your eyes also as it's tightening beneath them - for people who had a negative review I'd say try applying differently or be more daring and try a bit more. Below is my original review. However, it seems that they have reformulated the product, and not for the better. The last two tubes have been way too thick in consistency, making it difficult to apply. It also does not tighten as well, and it leaves a powdery residue. I sent them a message telling them about the disappointment with the last tube I received. They kindly sent a replacement tube, but it was the same problem. I still have a partial tube of the old formula which I will use sparingly until I find another brand that works as well. So sad about the decline of quality of a product that used to be the best of its kind. ~OLD REVIEW~ I’ve tried similar products but have found the LPH Labs eye tightening cream to be the best for me…with the added bonus that it’s a good price. Some creams have a thick consistency, but this one is lightweight and creamy and goes on easily. Some creams tighten too much, pulling down the lower eyelid…this one is just right for me. One of the tricks to applying is to make sure it’s evenly distributed across the under eye. So after washing and drying the face, I first dab it on, then I rub back-and-forth multiple times (ending with an outward stroke) to make sure no areas have a thicker application than others (causing an uneven tightening effect.) Then I lightly dab the outer edges to make sure it blends out into the skin. Then I moisturize my face, avoiding the eye area, but lightly pat the moisturizer into the outer edges of the applied eye cream. So there you go…maybe this will help some of you. It may take a little practice, and experimenting with the amount to use to get it just right for you. Note that any eye tightening cream you use (even the expensive ones) will crack or get chalky if you pull on your face, rub your eyes, or make big facial expressions. But using a damp finger or cotton swab can do a good job of repairing this. ... show more

I have used this cream for over two years. It worked very well for me. It took time to get used to just the right amount to eliminate the white residue. Unfortunately the last tube I purchased does not work. They have changed the formula.

    • Definitely tightens and reduces undereye bags & puffiness

Pros: very similar dupe to the other viral eye cream in that it works instantly (within a few minutes of applications) to eliminate under eye bags and puffiness - at half the price! You know it works because your skin feels tight. It is also long lasting, I apply it once in the morning and 8-9 hours later it still holds up very well - albeit, a bit more diminished. Cons: the material is very sticky and can become clumpy, making it hard to work with skincare and makeup. The bottle says to apply skincare and makeup after applying the eye cream but this did NOT work for me. Makeup did not go on smoothly and it made the cream more clumpy. I've tried a few different methods and what I found worked best for me is to apply your skin care and makeup/concealer, let it dry a couple of minutes and then apply the cream. Pat it in lightly and be patient. The effects of the cream will tighten your skin after a few minutes. If you rub it in too hard, it'll remove your other makeup! ... show more

Have to brag a bit. I am 84 years old and have been using this eye cream for several years now and it has been all I have ever needed for my really baggy eyes. In all this time, I have had only one issue…a tube arrived without the little spout. Easy enough to fix…I took the spout off an empty tube, and it fit perfectly. The product is truly what it claims. I have two suggestions for application. It works better if you use moisturizer before you apply it, and if you’re in a hurry, use a small hand held fan to help in the drying process. I have noticed that it tends to set even better after about 10 minutes after application, although the 2 minutes suggested gives immediate results. The last time I purchased it, I bought the larger size. I ordered this product the first time and it worked really well, so I ordered it again. The second tube did not work nearly as well as the first tube. In fact, it did not appear to work at all. I have now ordered and received a third tube to see if the third tube works or not. If not, I will not order again. 64 yr old Glamma who's been in the beauty industry since 17. As a business woman I always offered great products for my clients. That being said I've spent thousands trying to find a product for undereye bags! This product is a real game changer... and at this price it's UNBELIEVABLE but, pls check out the photos cause they speak volumes * used a small amount afraid there'd be a white/ yellow residue left... THERE WASN'T! * the tightening effect takes a few minutes ( I can wait for it to work... took YEARS off my face! * you're left with a very soft, smooth undereye * there are NO creases or wrinkles if you smile or laugh (I used a VERY expensive product that worked great as long as u kept ur face neutral Seriously who can do that all day?) * I prefer a very natural look. I perm my lashes, laminate my brows & throw on a good sunscreen all year long.. now this product will be my daily routine!( I'm running around w toddlers there's no time for false lashes) I'm blown away how well it works at this price point.
