Have to brag a bit. I am 84 years old and have been using this eye cream for several years now and it has been all I have ever needed for my really baggy eyes. In all this time, I have had only one issue…a tube arrived without the little spout. Easy enough to fix…I took the spout off an empty tube, and it fit perfectly. The product is truly what it claims. I have two suggestions for application. It works better if you use moisturizer before you apply it, and if you’re in a hurry, use a small hand held fan to help in the drying process. I have noticed that it tends to set even better after about 10 minutes after application, although the 2 minutes suggested gives immediate results. The last time I purchased it, I bought the larger size. This product is a real game changer... and at this price it's UNBELIEVABLE but, pls check out the photos cause they speak volumes * used a small amount afraid there'd be a white/ yellow residue left... THERE WASN'T! * the tightening effect takes a few minutes ( I can wait for it to work... took YEARS off my face! * your left with a very soft, smooth undereye * there are NO creases or wrinkles if you smile or laugh (I used a VERY expensive product that worked great as long as u kept ur face neutral Seriously who can do that all day?) * I prefer a very natural look. I perm my lashes,laminate my brows & throw on a good sunscreen all year long.. now this product will be my daily routine!( I'm running around w toddlers there's no time for false lashes) I'm blown away how well it works at this price point. First you must understand that products like these are only temporary. There is no point in using unless you desire that tinghtening effect. I have used this 3 times and so far it works exactly as the gen u cel immediate effect 2. I bought that in a package for 110 so each product was 20ish each. I loved it so purchased just the IE2 on another site for $22. I couldn't find it for that price again so began searching for something much cheaper than the 90 tag on the product site. This stuff is pretty much identical! It makes my bags disappear! I also use it on my deep laugh lines and it does shrink them but they do no go away like the bags. It does make the neck line smooth as well. For the price, I love it. I use just a dab or smaller under each eye. I use more on my laugh lines and it also works excellent for the turkey neck too! I use Laura gellar powder makeup and it has no effect on the LPH LAB eye cream. I do believe liquid make up would probably take away the effect of it so there's that. Liquid also effect the gen u cel too so I'm thinking none of this type stuff will work with liquid foundation, JMO. LPH LAB leaves NO white residue. It does have a smell to it. I have major migraines caused by perfume smell and this does not give me a migraine, it's just not the best of smell to me but it works and the smell dissipates quickly. I will always keep a stock of this stuff! You cannot beat the price for the results you get!!! On the pic the arrow shows no bag on the side I used the cream. The X you can clearly see my bag. It works!

This works as well or better than similar products costing twice as much. I think that those who return it or give it a low rating are not using it properly. It is not supposed to be rubbed into the skin, like a moisturizer. You put a very small amount (NOT the size of a pea - maybe half that much) on your finger and just lightly rub it across the area you want smoothed of wrinkles. Don't rub it in. Let the thin layer dry. It takes about five minutes to fully dry. I use it on my lower eyes for puffiness and it works very well, lasting until I wash my face before bed. I never have to reapply. It offers great value for the money compared to what you see advertised on TV for more than twice the money.

Having seen a video video on this product I was looking forward to the disappearance of baggy eyes, wrinkles, and moisturizing. I didn't get any of that, and I have used it for a week. This reminds me of the old days when people used to suggest putting egg white on wrinkles to make them disappear and that didn't work either. I have tried applying cream in different ways and I seem to end up with a tight dry skin with a little residue, no matter how much or how little I use. I stood in front of the mirror until it dried and did not see anything, but I could feel a little bit of drawing or pulling of the skin, but it did not appear any different. I will use it for a while and see if it changes but I am not very hopeful. I would have a hard time recommending it to someone else at this time.

This stuff really works! You can feel it tightening almost immediately. I find that if you touch your face after it dries, you will look like you have white powder under your eyes. So don't touch your face after applied. Also, I mix it with a little water to prevent this situation. I think it helps it absorb better into the skin instead of just laying on top.
