I’m using this on a kayak powering it from a small‘ish battery. Very clear image, the gps works well and has info on more small lakes than I expected. The menus aren’t the most intuitive, but I’ve caught fish where it showed them so I’m happy.

I really wanted to like this fish finder. It's competitively priced and appeared to have more features than other fish finders at this price point. So I bought it and was dismayed to find out a piece needed to attach the transducer to it's bracket was missing. I returned it and ordered another. This one had all the pieces but had the major annoyance of arriving dead. I tested the power cable to battery connection and it was fine but the unit would not turn on at all. Sorry to say, pieces missing and a unit arriving DOA is not a good sign of product quality. I'll look elsewhere. ... show more

Not much else to say. It works as advertised and was easy to install. Only issue I had was some of the imaging would not display out of the box and after doing some research found that a setting was disabled.
