It works. It adjusts so nicely and straightens you up. Very comforting. Just pick the right size and follow the instructions how to wear it. This brace comes with removable lumbar pads for extra padding and resistance band to stretch your back. Very nice.

I am so happy I chose LKM back support belt. it is very well constructed, lightweight and breathable, really provides good support for the low back. It s easy to put on, take off and adjust, material is nice and good quality. It stays in place and doesn’t sag or ride up. Everything look exactly like in photos on the website. I did not like the back brace, after you hook it up to the velcro it has like a foot more of the brace that just hang no hook to do any thing with it, also two more little bags with I don't know what you do with the other looks like a Exercise for your hand no Direction in the box just horrible.
