The waist trainer fits, however, I am not a fan of the first bands you link together. They are the length of the waist trainer so you have to use your hands and strength as best as possible to put it together in the middle. Sometimes, it's nice and secure on the top end for instance, but too loose on the bottom; I constantly have to readjust. The velcro strength is so powerful too that I almost always end up hurting a nail or my hand trying to get it to adjust properly. Once you get that down, the other two straps are not difficult to put on. I find that this waist trainer kind of folds a bit or doesn't stay flush on the skin. It doesn't bend or roll which is great though. I think instead of wearing it directly on my skin, I will be putting it on over clothing like seen in the pictures. So I read the entire description of this product and it said if you are in between sizes go for the bigger one. My waist is 28 inches, so I figured I am firmly in the small size since the sizing chart says 27-29 inches. However, I can barely get this thing on. I have to really suck it in and can barely breathe once it's on and fastened. Additionally, once it is on, there is a small unattractive roll of fat that gets pushed out above the trainer and visible in the back no matter what I'm wearing on top. While it's probably fine for working out at home, and it does make me sweat like crazy, I couldn't wear it outside. Maybe if it was size medium it would be a better fit but as it is now, unless I lose a bunch of weight and have like a 25 inch waist, I don't see this working for me. This waist trainer does exactly how they say it does. It also helps with my lower back pain and helps me to feel supported. I love that it is adjustable to my size and that it's easy to use. Washes nicely and is durable. Great Product.
