I’m a side and stomach sleeper. I’ve bought so many pillows recently trying to find one that doesn’t kill my neck or shoulder. I felt like I was looking for a unicorn. For some reason this pillow just works. It has a higher loft, which I prefer, but it’s also super squishy, which I also prefer. It somehow has the best of both worlds. They feel high quality, are adjustable in terms of density since you can remove as much filling as you want, they actually fill my pillowcases so they’re not flopping around the pillow, and they maintain their shape after a full night of sleeping on them, the price point for two pillows is just right, and best of all, they actually stay cool. I am a hot sleeper so that last point is worth the cost of entry all by itself. I have no neck or shoulder pain after getting a full night’s sleep on these pillows. The only negative is the initial smell of the pillows. It’s pretty strong, but I’m sure this will lessen over time. ... show more

Amazing pillow!! Let it out for a day and the odor went away. It’s the perfect balance of not too firm not too soft, and my neck feels very supported! The cool side actually feels cool, and it’s very fluffy and not flat at all. It seems true to size, and I didn’t expected it to be so full. Zipper quality is average, you just have to be careful zipping and unzipping. Wash care instructions say to remove the outer cover and machine wash and it seems simple. I have not washed it yet so that is TBD. Overall would highly recommend. I’m trying to upgrade my room and sleep and this is definitely going to help!! ... show more

These have been the best pillows that I've owned so far. I purchased 2 King-size pillows, and disposed of the 4 flat queen-size pillows I had. These pillows are more firm though than the pillows in the hotels I've been to and the hotel pillows were just as thick. I do sleep more comfortable. I give them four stars because I do not feel that cooling effect that is advertised that I need and had hoped for. I don't know if it's because I have a pillow case on it or not. They are very full & fluffy, and you can remove the foam to adjust it to your liking. I definitely recommend you give these pillows a try. ... show more

Love these pillows. Keep,their shape better than most, do not yellow, and are very cool. You can adjust the thickness. After 5 years my first began to flatten I ordered a second abd pulled the extra out to refluff the first. Two perfect pillows!

The material is quality. The foam will need a few days to off gas - just leave it near a sunlit window. While the pillow is adjustable by allowing you to remove as much foam as you like, it will stop the issue of the pillow bulging around your head. Even though the pressure is faint, if you're someone who has pre-existing neck problems, this will affect you as it has me. From the very first night of using this pillow, I felt the strain in my neck from the sensation of something pushing on my head (the pillow itself). I decided to wait to see if I was simply adjusting to a new pillow, like one usually does. Now I've woken up with pain and tension in my neck and shoulders, and I'm unable to move my head. I won't be able to use these pillows anymore. I gave it three stars for the quality of the cases and the foam, and because it never triggered my pressure headaches. ... show more
