These are a solid buy and a huge upgrade from my other pillows, however not as perfect as everyone makes them sound. Pros - Adjustable, comfy, and the initial cooling feature is nice. The memory foam seems to hold up well. Cons - the texture is slick, but for people with pets they catch a lot of it even with an additional pillowcase. Amazing pillow!! Let it out for a day and the odor went away. It’s the perfect balance of not too firm not too soft, and my neck feels very supported! The cool side actually feels cool, and it’s very fluffy and not flat at all. It seems true to size, and I didn’t expected it to be so full. Zipper quality is average, you just have to be careful zipping and unzipping. Wash care instructions say to remove the outer cover and machine wash and it seems simple. I have not washed it yet so that is TBD. Overall would highly recommend. I’m trying to upgrade my room and sleep and this is definitely going to help!! ... show more
